Rude male employee today. I felt like I was inconveniencing him as he was weighing my envelope and printing the stamp payment. Because of his attitude and rudeness, I took the envelope off the scale and told him never mind that I will take this to another location. And this was at 2 pm right after his lunch when he unlocked the door. He needs to take customer service skills from the Hurst post office location. They are always super helpful and friendly.

Had to ship some items 2 times this week. The agent at this location in Richland Hills is the absolute BEST. Proactive, customer focused, cost conscious and friendly with a smile!!! Very much appreciated!!!!!

Just absolutely stupid. They are the only place the closes earlier than others and on top of that they are closed for a 1 1/2 hour lunch lol just a cake walk employee that is racking up a paycheck for nothing.

Great people I don’t like that they don’t open on sat and they close from 12:30 - 2:00 wow very long lunch but that’s fine could open on sat for a few hours would be great. But really great people at this one and the one on Davis Blvd

Excellent service compared to UPS. Damage rate and late delivery is a fraction of UPS. Both of my companies have standardized on USPS and FedEx and banned the sub standard service of UPS!

Love this place! It's tiny and the streets are all kinds of wrong, but the staff is friendly and super helpful. Best little post office around!!

I paid for priority express so my package would arrive within 1-2 days it has been 5 and they still have not delivered it or responded to me telling where my package is worst delivery company out there wouldn’t recommend to anyone use fedex instead

I have nothing but great things to say about this USPS location!! Renita is extremely kind and is happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have. The lobby is always super clean and organized. It's always a good experience when I go to drop off my packages.

I love this post office because I can always get in and out. Super friendly employees. I would have given five stars but I hate their hours. They always close from 12:30 to 2 p.m. for lunch and that sometimes is not convenient for me. Besides that A+.
