They are extremely affordable, fast service, very polite and knowledgeable. Oil change was 1/2 the price of the ford dealership. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes.

I went in with a Groupon offer for synthetic oil change and state inspection because the price was really low. Their regular price for syn oil change is very reasonable though and I will continue to use them. They were fast, friendly and professional.

I got my rear brakes done here. And I wish I would have had my front brakes done here earlier in the year. They did an excellent job in a timely fashion at a very good price. Walk ins welcome. Professional, fair and trustworthy. I even overheard a mechanic tell another customer ( who thought she needed rotors as well as brake pads) that her rotors were just fine and she only needed brake pads. No pressure to get anything other than what was needed. I highly recommend this shop and plan to come back for future auto repairs

Great service! I highly recommend! The mechanics here are highly knowledgeable. My vehicle stopped from over heating not far from the shop. I stopped by 2 other shops prior to making it out here. They both couldn’t figure out the issue. We managed to get it to Richland and they had me running in less than an hour. I’ve heard nothing but great things about them. Now I can attest to it myself!Very professional! I give them a 10

I absolutely love this place. I have gone in for minor things and sometimes, they don't even charge me anything to fix it. They are very kind and friendly...I needed my check engine light turned off after I worked on my car. They did it and charged nothing. I had to have a tail light replaced. They did it and charged nothing. These guys are the best. Any work that need to be done, I will take my car to them. I trust them. They are very honest. I drive an old red Toyota Camry that always need something done and they do it with a smile. God bless you all in that shop.

Richland Auto Care is amazing! Not only did they take the time to show me what was the problem with my car, but got it fixed in no time at all without breaking the bank! They are honest and hard working guys! Definitely my new go to for any auto repair needs!

Honest shop with reasonable prices. Frank, the owner, was able to get me in right away without an appointment. Rear brakes and rotors done in about 1.5 hours. Highly recommend and will be coming here for all of my auto maintenance services.

10/10 recommend! Frank took the time to explain to me what I needed, why I needed it and even showed me the old part so I could see what was wrong with them. As a woman it is hard to find good honest mechanics that to you with respect. I am so grateful I went with Richland Auto care!

I love this place! These guys are so friendly and quick with service. They also were super helpful with referring me to a great tire place (Richland Hills Tires) when I needed new tires on a budget. 10/10, I have no complaints and will definitely be returning.

Came here for an oil change and was going to use Groupon but they price match for better so I recommend!! Came here on a Tuesday around 2 pm, and was out in less that 20min! Quick and easy.... Thank you to frank for making it so easy

My 4th time getting serviced there and lovin' it! These guys are really good at what they do. So far I have taken my truck to them for basic maintenance. A replacement of all four rotors and 4 brake pads took them a little over an hour, no kidding! I did bring my own parts for the job and the price for labor was really reasonable too! Truck is stopping as smooth as can be now. They are always very kind and always helpful in answering questions! I will be returning for future maintenance needed! :)
