They say they sell cars with a clean title, but they are lies, I purchased a car like that and over time I came to find out that the vehicle had been crashed and its airbags were therefore deployed. They also show a lower value in the documentation than what they charge you at the time of purchase; They do it in order to save taxes.Thieves! They take advantage!!!

Run like hell away from this place!!! They sell damaged trucks, fixed up poorly and do not disclose any previous damages. Save your money and time. I am glad I had my mechanic check on a truck I wanted. It would have cost me thousands to repair properly.

Quick car sale, tacky response to almost immediate awareness of car issue after purchase.

Over all it went smooth, Good communication, Didn't tell be before I got the truck it only had one key. Told me tires needed changing but didn't realize 2 of them had nails in them I had to patch before I got home 500miles away. But I'm not sure they knew they were that bad they look like sales men not guys that work on trucks. It was a diesel so I asked a ton of question about that and he told me he had it checked out and that it was good. And it was but he told me it had no mods and it had a EGR delete good for me but so I know he doesn't check him he has someone else or no one checks it I just got lucky. At the end of the day I got more than I asked for and like I said good communication. So I'm happy.

Found car I wanted on their website and drove from Austin to Dallas to pick it up. Overall price was ok for a dealer, car seemed to test drive and look good. Problems started next day: - Each morning I find puddle of coolant on driveway. New water pump is needed per my mechanic. over $200 in parts and $400 in labor. - Some electronics not working - like lumbar support adjustment - decided to live with it for now, but new adjuster cost over $200. Seems like I might be able to install new part myself, so 0 labor cost. - Awful highway speed breaks vibration. Could not test it during test drive as I was within city limits unfortunately. Parts + labor + tax quoted over $200. And all of this in first two days of owning an vehicle bought from Metcar Investments. Daniel's respond on all of this was an offer to buy extended warranty for $100. The warranty he is offering is 3rd party and through . Per their website warranty Daniel offered me would cover only "Lubricated parts contained within the engine block" and not water pump. I.e. he was trying to sell me a warranty which will not cover specific case even after knowing I have water pump failure. And even more, if you read about this warranty company you realize you never would want to buy anything from them... I hope all of this is just because he is not educated enough, but then do you really want to deal with unprofessional business? All in all, if you have to deal with this business, be very careful. If you don't absolutely have to - choose different dealership.
