Jerry, Just M. E. Shipping charged me $4.00 for a very small package that was returned in my mailbox with a postage of $2.67. I called Jerry and he stated that he charges a surcharge. Something is not right about this place. He never spoke of a surcharge. It is time the BBB be notified.
