“I had been in contact with the gentleman for the last two weeks but had my service performed today.From the beginning,I felt valued and respected.I was looking to have my subwoofers replaced in my Jaguar,made an appt.for a consultation.He politely told me he didn't have anything comparable to put in my car.I left,But I thought about it,called back and asked if I got the parts could he install-he said yes.My dealer had quoted me$1,200 for labor alone&the parts would be another $700+.Uh....in my mind that was a hell and a no.So,I did get the parts from the dealer but went to Vaughn's for the install.No matter the questions I asked leading up,He was kind,courteous&answered them.When I went for my install today,He kept me abreast of the progress,He took very good care of my car&the time frame he initially quoted me-he exceeded it.I was not surprised but pleased.I had passed by the shop for years,never having a need to stop but when I did-I was pleased with the service;their reputation proceeded them&came highly recommended.I will definately go back because there is a genuine quality there that is a lost art in customer service these days.Most places you go,it's about a dollar¬ so much the customer experience.I was happy to see that:a general kindness&respect for the customer as a person¬ just a dollar sign.My car was returned to me in the same condition I gave it&I couldn't ask for anything more.To the gentleman that performed my service today:Thank you for your kindness&professionalism.”

“Got my Samsung Frame TV here and Josh has provided such excellent customer service! I came in knowing what size TV I wanted and he pulled out a few for me to test out as I wanted to make sure I get the once I like. He was patient with me and was very knowledgable on each tv he tested out. He then helped me load it in my car and later that night I had a question about the warranty and he was swift with the response. On top of the great service, they were such genuine people. But do keep in mind if they say they will fix your phone within a certain timeframe and someone else comes in willing to pay more, they will put your device on the back burner and have you wait longer.”
“This location is probably the best in the DFW area. Parking is hood once you’re in. But the street traffic makes it horrendous to get in and out of. But that’s not Costco’s fault. The place is always clean and the workers are very friendly. Plus it’s located by tons of other stores and restaurants. Not to mention it’s in a good part of town.”
