I submitted payment for July's rent to Rent Cafe via CVS. My leasing office didn't receive payment which prompted them to leave a notice to vacate on my apartment door for non payment I go back the CVS location to inquire about my issue only to be told by a manager, there was nothing that could be done... once the barcode link to Rent Cafe has been scanned. This is very disheartening and frustrating ....to get a flippant attitude about an issue that fully lies with CVS. So you they can't track where money was delivered ....when it's obvious the error has been made on their behalf. Due to the time of day, customer care and the leasing office are closed but tomorrow morning, I will be calling customer service of all parties with my grievances. Someone has my money and they need to figure it out....I did my part!! Zero stars recommended but they get one cause I can post this review with out one!

Don't shop here unless you want the police called on you. I shopped here to get some everyday items. But because I was wearing a hoodie and a "backpack" style purse. The police were called and harassed me of shoplifting. I showed officer Sexton and officer Thomson of good ole Richland Hills PD, all of the contents of my bag, pockets, and my shopping bag WITH my receipt. And they continued to be question me!! They even wanted to conduct a body search!! Absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER shop here again. Even tempted to return my $40 worth of items.

Absolute worst customer service ever! My toddler was having liquid Amoxicillin for the first time ever, at no point was I asked "Is this your first time using this medication?" or told there were flavor options. She was given Bubblegum. After three days of fighting and having her spit it out everywhere, I called back and asked if I could get a different flavor and use my refill to get it. The guy told me that I should have added it to juice. Well duh, I did all that and Bubblegum isnt juice flavored. Whatever. He tells me that insurance wouldn't cover it. I said that's fine, I'll pay out of pocket for the headache. How much? Puts me on hold, comes back and says, "Yea insurance won't cover it until the 14th." (It's the 9th). "No big deal. How much is it though?". He says "Hold on let me check. $26". "No problem, can I go ahead and get that filled? And just for customer service feedback, can you make sure your techs are asking for flavors, because I was never asked and now I'm out $26." I said this politely, not a big deal, people make mistakes. I work in customer service and probably am the most patient person ever. His response "Well you should have told us.". Instead of just saying Sorry that happened, let's get you the right flavor. I let him know, it's not my job to ask. it's his. And how was I supposed to know? Its my first time giving my toddler a prescription. I had to ask what to look for in case she has an allergic reaction and the pharmacist was like "Hives or a rash. Have a nice day!" and shut the drive thru window. Like how about caring about your customers and your job? People coming to see you are obviously sick, so why be rude? Customers should be treated like a GUEST. Greet. Understand. Explain. Suggest. Thank. Its not rocket science. So I highly recommend the amazing staff at Walmart pharmacy, on 820/Rufe Snow, who always ask and are patient and happy to do their job.

I have never been impressed by any of the employees or the customer service provided atany CVS location in the Fort Worth area. But tonight the tall young male manager on duty at 5:50 on December 1 was really amazing. Very friendly and sweet, if I lived in this area, I would definitely be shopping at this CVS only.

If it would let me rate without stars I totally would. I pay monthly to GoodRx gold and they had a discount on my prescription that I was picking up. Gave the pharmacist the info showed them the coupon and it was $10 more than the coupon. They said they do not match what the coupon says. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Worst customer service I've ever had!!!
