I just opened an account here so I don't have much experience. However I had two so far in the short time I've had the account and Amanda From 7000 grapevine branch is super friendly and both times everyone exhibited wonderful customer forward help. They truly care you can tell.

The service at this branch has just continuously gone down over the last year. They have messed up on my account several times. After waiting for over 20 minutes today to deposit checks, I left and will never be back.

No drive thru atm and it takes Forever to go through the drive up where they help you. One day I waited 20 min for the car in front of me to finish with the teller. If you want to use the atm you have to get off your vehicle and use it.
