I went there, dropped off my car, enterprise picked me up, picked up my rental and they were finished earlier than I thought so I came to Caliber, left my rental there and took my car. They took care of returning my rental for me, I didn’t need to bug a family member to help me through this process. Joshua was my service agent and he texted me throughout the whole process and gave me updates as my car was being worked on. Caliber gained a customer.”

“I took my truck here, after being in accident that damaged almost every qtr panel, because they seemed friendly over the phone, but mainly, because they were able to get it in quicker than any other collision shop. Actually, My truck should have probably been totaled, so there was a ton of work needed.The week prior, I placed my son’s car into another repair shop after his little accident. Five Star’s communication, availability, compassion, and attention to detail blew the other repair shop out of the water., My truck was out 2 weeks before my son’s car was ready.I can’t tell you how happy I was with Five Star! Their prices are reasonable and now they have to be a little quicker because their new place is not as big and they move things through quickly. I must say that I never have any issues with the speed of their work. They did a splendid job replacing the headliner. They have saved me money with their suggestions about materials and items to use. I also want to add that they replaced my old interior with a Pony Interior. It looks great.
