I’ve been banking here for almost 20 years and I’ve never had any bad experiences . The ladies here are so helpful and kind. This is a busy location but they always work so quickly. Half of my family banks here and we will continue to do so. This is such a great bank with wonderful employees.

What can I see omg ?Woodforest is possibly one of the best banks but please let me take my time to speak on Henriana she was so informative and helpful when it came to me I mean she absolutely went over and beyond she made sure I understood the process of setting up my account and how to maintain a certain amount in my account and withdraw fees her customer service skills are unmatched ?? BEST BANK EVER!! Merisa and Henriana, I feel like they been there FOREVER! They are definitely people I can call family. Their hard work and dedication to this bank is the best I’ve ever seen. This branch is always decorated so nicely and I don’t ever see a speck of dust. This bank is a 10/10 ?? GIVE THESE PEOPLE A RAISE!

My husband and I had been looking for a new bank for a while but never pulled the trigger. We were shopping at Walmart and Merisa, the Branch Manager, struck up a conversation with us. We ended up sitting down and finally making the switch! Merisa was so sweet, charming and charismatic - she made the time go by so fast just chatting with us. Woodforest is lucky to have such an incredible manager - we can’t wait to come back and see Merisa again!!

This is the best friendliest fastest bank I've been to. Merisa is always on top of her team and making sure the bank is flowing smoothly. Henrianna always has a smile and is so helpful & Benjamin & Elias count money like they have calculators in there heads. Always get me in and out!! the team always as if there are any other services I need or would be interested in & Merisa even went out of her way to help a couple of my friends open up accounts even though she was about to take her lunch break. i'll never switch banks and I'll use this branch as often as I can because it feels so personal when I come in. I love my bank my branch & the staff!!!
