Shop at your own risk in here. They'll refuse to exchange a clearly faulty dispo even if you show a few days old receipt and the dispo juice shows 95%.
Edit: ensuring operation at time of sale is not enough when the dispos autofire and burn out by themselves, especially if acknowledged by their employees that it does happen. Still they leave years long loyal customer holding the bag.

Exceptionally unhappy! I stopped by today to pickup some juice. It’s 97F outside and I had my toddler with me so naturally I wasn’t going to leave him in the vehicle in this heat. When I entered the young woman Adriana didn’t even respond to my greeting. She only said “we don’t allow kids, we offer a curbside service”. I was shocked, and asked if she wanted my business. She simply replied “it’s our policy”. As I turned to leave I remarked that it is summer in Texas and that is 100F out. Her only response was “It’s our policy”. Policy or not the customer service was insulting, shocking, and lacked any kind of situational awareness. I’ve shopped here many times before and had fantastic experiences and wonderful engaging conversations with several of the staff. Having said that I will never spend my money in a place whose staff behaves in this way towards customers. It was disrespectful!

Picked up some items today. Guy helped me, but I felt uncomfortable being in there was gonna walk out but still ended up buying some things. guess maybe because he had to work the weekend..other then that great store.

Amazing staff - we were well taken care of and even given recommendations on where to source a very specific part for a rebuildable tank. (Didn't find the part, but had a great time looking!) Get yourself signed up for the loyalty program! Looking forward to visiting the other two locations.

Has a wide variety of selection! The guy who helped us was very knowledgeable about all the disposable vapes we were looking for! They have a lot of useful charts for those who enjoy delta 8 products and more! Has restroom as well!
