The second time coming here for oil change and inspection
This time, had to wait about 10 minutes, he was in a conference with a customer about tires and getting an alignment afterwards (Joe told them exactly where to go for best quality and price locally for alignment)
Many times, employees asked if I needed help, I repeated that I was told to just ask for Joe, and they smiled and pointed at the room. I could hear he was currently with someone else
Less than an hour, I had an oil change, state inspection, and swapped 4 wheels from 18" to 20"

“I can't tell you the number of times this location of Discount Tires has saved us as well as other family members. We have bought multiple sets of tires from them which have always been reasonalbly priced and installed promptly. The text messaging status system they use keeps the customer informed at every step of the way. And when they don't have the tires you need in stock, they can usually get them from a supplier on the same day! But what really sets these guys apart is the after purchase care. At least twice, we have driven in with screws/nails in tires and they have fixed them promptly at NO CHARGE... and they will periodically rotate your tires for FREE. Won't go anywhere else for tire service and recommend without a second thought.”

“Just wanted to put in my experience with these guys after I saw all the great reviews. I definitely agree with the good reviews. I had just bought a new vehicle not too long ago and was experiencing some exhaust issues. Tovi told me what was wrong and actually came out and worked on my car himself. Took him about 30 to 45 minutes to get the job done and I haven't had any problems since. I also not too recently took it to him to have my motor mounts replaced. My vehicles engine was vibrating terribly in the engine bay and it felt like it was going to break down any day. He recommended that I replace all 4 mounts and now my car is running like a brand new vehicle. Gave me a great price and it also only took the mechanic about an hour to do the job. Tovi is great. I highly recommend him. If you are having problems with your vehicle he is the one to bring it to.”
