Very clean place to wash the only thing is the parking not enough spots in the front of laundrymat they are occupied by the restaurant next store.

The new lady they hired told me very rudely and yelled at me “oh, you already threw soap at me” when I was finishing putting my clothes and soap into the machines. I've never had a problem at this laundromat but this lady was very rude. He also told my daughter that he gave her advice on how to put soap in her machines when we never asked her for advice. Yesterday, Sunday, the owners treated my daughter very badly and she was a very bad person without owing it or fearing it. Don't go washing here if you don't want to be rushed to take out your clothes. We will not return to this laundry! Also, they don't have that many parking spaces outside, it fills up and we have to park far away. Chip and soda/juice machines don't work, they eat up money and never want to work.

Yes the place is clean, the staff is generally nice. However the staff tends to start rushing you. This place used to be open till 10pm, and for whatever reason they changed to 9pm. Some of us don’t even get off work till 6:30pm - 7:30pm. It was a 5 star when it was open till 10.

Was washing my clothes here and used their “free dryers”, which didn’t properly dry my socks, I proceed to fold my clothes and put back the socks in the dryer to dry and the lady told me not to do that because it wastes electricity. What! How do you advertise free drying but tell me I can’t dry the rest of my clothes due to electricity.

This place is absolutely beautiful you could eat off the floors it is so clean and well maintained you can tell the owners take pride in their buisness they provide free drying and have seating for approximately 30 people restrooms are also in excellent condition

I always come here every week but this week I went around the corner to get a Drink like I usually do and I have my clothes timed all the time and it’s never wrong I got back and the owner took my clothes out and some of my clothes were on the floor my timer just went off when I came in to get my clothes I’ve never received this kind of treatment from a laundry Matt before…. If I could rate this place zero stars I would who just takes out people clothes and leaves it on the floor I paid for the service you should let me take out my own clothes!

Said that door doesn’t open due to it broken and that place only one door that open and close.was rude to my mom that it’s disabled and can’t walk much. Can’t carry . This the second time they done it. It’s 1:40 and got harassed by one of the workers here

Best laundry mat in Richardson always clean and the stuff is very friendly. Love how they keep it always clean and organize. What I love the most is they take good care of the place and they don’t let people do WHATEVER THEY WANT!!! and mess the place up. Good job keep up the work we really appreciate it because that’s how they keep the place looking like new and not messy like other laundry mats around the area.
