super helpful i got signed up with a profile very quickly and signed me up for my vaccines the pharmacist was very pprofesional. Thank you for the hospitality. This is my New pharmacy.

Just really bad at working efficiently in the pharmacy. Understaffed and continuous issues with their system. Long lines are normal and excessive. Communication barriers seem to be a problem with hard to understand accents from some employees. The rest of the store is excellent.

Huge improvement from what the pharmacy used to be. Staff are super quick and efficient and do their best despite being understaffed.

First they gave the wrong pack, when i ask them they said it is because they did not have it. The pharmacist blamed the clerk and then she gave me instraction to take six tablets at once the direction clearly says that it has to be taken four times in a day. If I did not know about the medicine I was taking I would have taken it.
Not only I am going somewhere else but also I don't recommended others to go to this pharmacy. I don't trust them anymore.

Pharmacy is an absolute joke, say your prescription will be filled in 30 minutes and then two days later it’s still not with multiple excuses saying they never had it. Also be prepared to wait in line for 30 minutes whether it’s drive thru or in store the workers are completely incompetent.

They refused to sell me more than 5 days of insulin syringes. That makes no sense. They had no problem giving me a 90 supply of insulin. How do they expect me to inject it!!??

Infuriating pharmacy and I stopped using them months ago and now fill my scripts at Tom Thumb. They seem understaffed, entirely incompetent and honestly come up with excuses as to why meds aren't filled. I was told I needed to pay for a medication that my insurance wouldn't cover. I called BCBS and they let me know what the reason was and how to have them enter it in. I let Walgreens know what they needed to change the usage to and resubmit. They still didn't get it right! I asked to have it transferred to TOM THUMB and within minutes I was able to pick up my script from them with zero issues. Good god can someone please fix this location.

The girl with blonde and pink hair seems to be incompetent. Terrible pharmacy, I called numerous times to check when my scripts would be filled, waited in a thirty minute line, only to be told none of my scripts are filled. This is my last time EVER getting anything filled here. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to and need a new staff that knows how to talk to people.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I came to this location. Horrible customer service. The worse pharmacy I have ever experienced. Their deserve the failing rating that many reviewers have given them .
