This Walgreens location is my favorite!!!First off I called this Campbell location to see if I needed an appointment to get my 2nd shingles shot, nope. Yay! Unlike the location on Buckingham which gave me the run-around. The dude (at Buckingham!) who gave me my 1st shot hurt me like no other shot I've ever had before, and I'm NOT a wuss! Today I received my 2nd shot and hardly felt anything, perfect!

The drive thru pick-up window has been broken (shoot out) no sign about the inconvenience. Being handicapped it is very hard to park my car and walk in. No one in store offered any help! Very disgusting environment. I called corporate headquarters and no response.

I came back to Walgreens when the Kroger pharmacy decided to no longer accept GoodRx. I think it has been ~6 months until issues started popping up here.I had ordered several prescriptions, picked them up and tossed the bag into our little storage box here at the house for "when needed". Today, I needed one of the new scripts; but it wasn't in the bag!Turns out, one of my medications was replaced by someone else's prescription; and it wasn't even ours! Thankfully, after being allowed to speak to the pharmacy manager, my prescription was filled.And yes, their errors were reported to the Texas State Board of Pharmacies.

They never have medications in stock and I wasted fifteen minutes in the drive through line.I'm definitely switching pharmacy.

Y'all. So mad right now! Dropped off a disposable camera, from my kids 5th grade camping trip. They told me it was going to take weeks maybe months but that they would call me. So I waited and waited. Decided that maybe they were short staff and there wasn't anyone that does the calls any more. So 1 day I'm on the road with crazy heart burn- so I stop in and check on things, while I'm there. \\\"Oh- sorry it was sitting here too long so it got canceled. \\\" CANCELED means they shredded it. Film from a disposable camera obviously cannot be replaced. They checked--no record that anyone ever called. Policy is that they are to call 3 times. 3 TIMES. They called zero times. Poor sweet guy asked if I wanted to talk to the manager as if she could magically un-shred the pictures or pay for the entire 5th grade to revisit the camp. So much for those yearbook pics. Thanks a bunch Walgreens. If my heart wasn't going to burn out of my chest I wouldn't have purchased the Tums. I left there feelin worst than when I came in.

Last three times I've gone they were out of my prescription but they would "definitely" be restocked next time. I've unfortunately had to start going to a different location, but this used to be my preferred pharmacy.

Short Summary: Walgreens sold me a scrips for $100, that I latter tried to use the GoodRX coupon that reduces the price to $40. And when I tried to use the GoodRX coupon, they hem and hawed in the hopes that I could not get the refund. My doctor called in 4 prescriptions on 12/21/2021 at the Walgreens # 03820 - 2140 East Campbell Road, Richardson,TX) I picked it up all 4 scrips that day and one of the four scrips was nearly $100, 3 times more than the price the doctor stated during the consult. These days, it's hard to get the doctors office staff on the phone directly, so I did not telephone the doctors office to further discuss the price. A few days latter -12/23/2021- I receive by snail mail some printed GoodRX coupons from the doctors office. Sure enough the same scrip mentioned above costing $100 without a coupon is sold for $40 using a GoodRx coupon. On 12/24/2021 I return to the same WG's (WG # 03820 - 2140 E Campbell, corner of Campbell and Jupiter roads) with the un-opened still stapled bag with the receipt still attached. This time I have the GoodRx coupon in hand.The young man says - 'Yes you can use that GoodRX coupon for an exchange today and I can help you with that, but it's lunch time please step back'. Once my hands were off the counter a barricade drops. Good thing my fingers weren't on the counter. Funny that, I've not known ANY pharmacy to outright close for lunch at all. I move on with my life. Fast forward to 1/3/2022. Back in town I return to the same WG. Now Sammy (guy) the pharmacy tech says 'Sorry can't help you with the exchange using the GoodRx coupon since the date of the transaction date is longer than 1 week, you see it's no longer in our queue.' I ask to speak with the manager, and I am told the same story. In short - no refund, exchange or reduction in the $100 scrip with coupon in hand. Trust me - we don't exchange pleasantries. So going forward Walgreens - 'I WILL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN FOR ANYTHING'. Doubt my resolve, don't hold your breath. So for all those here in Yelp cyberspace with great reviews for this particular walgreens, take note- I don't know what scrips they are giving to you for a fantastic review of this place. For the record: 1. ALL the other scrips picked up by myself on 12/21/2021 at the register were inexpensive. They cost within a couple of pennies of the GoodRX coupon price, but on Dec 21st I did not have on my person any GoodRx coupons. This brings me to my next point. 2. If Walgreens can sell me 3 of the 4 prescriptions at nearly the coupon price - without coupon in hand- then why has walgreens charged nearly 3 times the amount for the 4th prescription without a coupon. Said another way, you could sell THAT scrip to me for the $40 GoodRx price with a coupon, but instead charged me nearly $100 for the same prescription without a coupon. We all know you still made a profit! 3. Don't get me started about the inepitude of that particular walgreens staff. My advice - boycott this walgreens at all cost, or don't even use Walgreens at all.

This location had a bum camping on the sidewalk. I went inside to tell an associate and found 2 ladies. One I presume was the manager based on her clothing. She was wearing a mask and a visor-looked like she was in daftpunk or something. I said there was a transient person outside. Manger was too cowardly to say anything. Other girl said he just uses the bathroom inside. A good manager would help him find a shelter. Instead this store has 1 less paying customer and 1 bum living outside. Don’t California my Texas, folks.

one time I saw a pharmacy tech here get cussed out because she told a guy he needed to make an online appointment to get the covid vaccine and without missing a beat she just said, "sorry about that, have a nice day! next customer please :)" dude if that were me I would've started crying right there. 5 stars for extreme resilience and politeness in the face of adversity.
