I came to look around to kill time and we ended up spending like 100$ bc their stuff is so good and he was helping us pick out what we wanted. Overall this place is awesome, one of the best smoke shops I’ve been to.”

“I always used this store, as a very good back up to my main store in Richardson. However, When my Richardson store closed and at times; even before then, this was my go to store. The owner was always there, (his poor family) but , I am grateful he is there. It shows me that he takes his business, his responsibility for the product seriously. It also shows that he loves his family enough to put in the time, to make sure that his family name is known in the community with integrity . I can respect that. I’m very sorry that the Richardson location left the area. It’s not been the same since the first owner dismissed the gentleman they had employed during the day. The new owners of the Richardson American Sharman were very Respectful and kind but, not the person next door kind of feeling. Not like that gentleman was from the first owner of the Richardson location. Someone needs to find that general man and hire him back! I definitely will miss the store and the personal of the people from the Richardson location . They were kind people. However, American Sharman location on Plano rd in Richardson , this owner has the friendliness guy next door feeling. He poses the knowledge, as well as, he seems to have studied the products, in order to have the knowledge his customers need. This owner processes the people skills and empathy one needs. The store owner dose not give you a judgment feeling. I’m so ecstatic that the American Sharman in Richardson and owner is here. I even loved the fact that they allow his nephew to work the store. Kids are in the know?”

“3/1/24: I stopped here for the very first time, looking for a particular lotion for body pain. I found the products that I was looking for and decided to browse the store. The store was very clean and very well organized. There were lots of organic products and food. There was a great selection of dog treats. The vitamin section is pretty large. I met Staci, the manager, and she was very friendly and helpful. Preston, the cashier, was just as friendly, and I'm glad that I stopped by. Great customer service and a very nice variety of products. There was ample parking.”

“Okay, get ready because I GOT SOME THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS STORE AND IT'S EMPLOYEES. One in particular. To start off, I've been going to this store for like the last 3 years. In the last, eh, year and a half maybe, they've totally improved the store all around, from the layout of the products on the floor to the kindness and helpfulness of the employees. Which leads me to Alan. Alan is the store manager and this dude is a walking encyclopedia of fitness and nutrition information, he also makes DAMN sure you get the absolute best bang for your buck. You can come into the store with any question about anything from physiology to specific chemical compounds in the products on the shelves, and he will give you a detailed explanation of its purpose and effects on the body, a comparison to other products to find out which best suits your needs, and finally, the absolute best deal that can be given. I have no reason to go anywhere else with my nutritional/supplement/fitness needs as long as Alan still works in that store.”
