I got a gel pedicure yesterday and the nail tech had a bunch of excess polish on my left big toe, I noticed and hoped she would fix it but instead she filed the side of my nail down SO much, down to the skin/nail bed to get rid of it and it left my toe red, inflamed and hurting. Now I’m worried that I will get an ingrown toenail when it starts to grow back since it’s cut so far down.

It was a very bad experience,I did waxing at this salon yesterday, I will never back again,and they are very expensive ,they charge me 200 dollars .

I have long natural nails and the last time I was in I tried the dip for the first time. I was nervous having it taken off what it would do to my nails. When I was there today I had Mai take off my dip and redo it. I was so happy my nails were still in good shape and Mai did a wonderful job. Cindy gave me a pedicure and did fantastic! She spent time making sure my cuticles were in good shape and all calluses were tended to and my feet were super soft!!I’ve been going here for about 2 years and I’ve never had a bad technician.I love this place!!

BEWARE OF MANAGER AND BAD PRODUCTS.. CHEAP PRODUCTS AND NO GUARANTEES OF WORK THEY DO…I had been going to this place for over a year but my last two visits have been the worst and it’s mainly cause of the lady manager running this place. No basic manners or customer service.Aug 12 I go in at 3:30 to get mani pedi… the manager sits me at a station and sends a young lady for my mani.. even after 45 min no one is sent for my pedi while there are new customers walking in all the time. Finally I ask the manager I need pedi too.. so she says you need to ask when you come in to do both together.. this is my 10th time coming to this place but never been asked that.. still I patiently take it in and don’t say anything.. finally after 2 hrs my mani & pedi get done ..2 days later my nail paint is peeling , nails getting infected.. so I go in on following Sunday again to show.. the first thing manager looks at my nails and says they don’t guarantee regular mani and I should have comes sooner.. I told her I have a job and can’t just keep coming to the store .. she offered to redo my nails for half price.. I’m surprised there is no sorry for bad product or work .. still I say okay and sit down to pay half for the redo.. thinking to not come back again ..once the lady who removes the polish my nails can be seen in pic as no mani was even done or done right .. so I called manager and she again says NO GUARANTEE FOR REGULAR MANICURE.. if I want good then I need to pay higher for another .. by now she had tried my patience asking money for bad job and I was mad furious as there is NO SORRY FOR BAD WORK.. the products they used are so bad that my nails and cuticles even turned black and peeled.. manager was like I need to look through log who did your manicure.. and then I said it’s not about the tech but the products and her rude behavior.. also I had filled out the log so I asked her to look.. but she showed me the laminated sheet saying they erase it after the mani pedi.. which is not my fault or the techs ..ultimately left the place disgusted to never return even though the other staff is good but the manager and products are worse!!

Tried to come in as a walk-in with my 3 daughters at 6pm - there were only 2 guests inside and we were turned away. She told us to make an appointment for another day. Ridiculous! 2 little kids wanting a kids nail polish only and my teen & myself wanting a spa pedi. The door clearly states walk-ins welcome and that they are open until 7:30pm. I guess they don't want to make any money- I'll never be back! Don't waste your time or give them a penny.

Absolutely love that the best Nail Professional Will is here ! I will follow him everywhere bc he is the best !! And he is funny too :).,. The new salon he has moved too ( here) is beyond beautiful and extremely clean ..... a lot of nail colors and choices and provide waxing and all! Salon is beautiful.... And he is the best
