A great experience! We switched from another company and Becca and Daniel were great! They helped explain everything transparently and set up our new phones expertly. We will definitely be going back if we need anything the future and highly recommend this location!

I was having some trouble setting up my replacement phone and yesterday went to another location for help. They were so rude and unable to help me that I left. I came in today to this location and Edwin met me at the door. He was confident that he could help, set the time frame and cost expectations upfront and listened while I explained the problem. He was friendly and capable and able to fix my phone. While he was in the back another employee checked on me to make sure things were working. I left very happy and satisfied with their service!!

Elvin, Josue and Augusto were AMAZING! I came in and Elvin got me settled at the table and instantly I knew he was amazing! He got my phone activated, took time to show me a few key features, browsed the cases and even more. Josue (the manager) and Augusto were great and reconfirmed my decision to switch to Verizon. You can they are a great close knit team that take care of each other and their customers. Can’t wait to see you guys again soon!

Came into the Richardson Coit location today looking to get a new phone, and my experience was outstanding. I was received with a genuine greeting from everyone, I was asked what they could do for me and informed me I was next in line. The Store Manager, Josue was very attentive and the Representative that assisted me was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. This will definitely be my go to location moving forward, I appreciate the quick and trustworthy service. Thank you all.

I bought a new phone here last month and the experience started out to be pretty annoying. The three sales clerks were busy and did not even speak to me when I walked in. I waited for several minutes and finally the manager, Daniel came out and spoke to me. He explained that I would need to wait for one of the sales associates to be available as he is not supposed to handle sales transactions. I understand that but luckily Daniel realized that waiting 30 or 40 minutes was not going to work for me. He assisted me and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He actually finished with me before any of the three associates completed their transactions. The only real unsatisfactory thing is that Verizon still charges a $35 activation fee. They charge you for spending more money with them. On top of that they also now charge a Setup & Go Service Charge. In my case it was $29.99. I actually have such an old plan - called a Loyalty Plan, that they no longer sell it. I like my Galaxy phone and the service is OK but like all others, Verizon charges for absolutely everything and I really don't feel very loyal to them.One more thing worth mentioning is that the transfer of data took so long after the extended wait to get assistance that I had to leave and continue the transfer using my data plan which resulted in additional data cost on my first new bill. Verizon is more interested in getting more of my dollars than ensuring that I get the most for my dollar.

Caleb really took care of my family and I on our group plan. He personally made sure our changes went through with no hiccups and put in a lot of time and effort for us, very professional. I recommend!
