Josue, Daniel and Bekha and the entire staff will ensure you get the best deal, most discounts and promotions. They clearly explain all the options without overwhelming you. This entire store is great!! They did way above and beyond their job. Staying late and answering multiple questions with a smile on their face! I am soooo happy I switched my three lines over from AT&T! A new Verizon customer and could not be happier! Better rates and MUCH MUCH better customer service

It's not often that you encounter someone who can bridge the gap between tech jargon and user understanding, but Jeremiah did just that, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable.Furthermore, I was particularly impressed by how proactive he was in ensuring that I received all the electronic upgrades and discounts applicable to me. Jeremiah St. Cloud was really helpful with two upgrades and helped me get the most out of my old IPhone and he also helped me get a new watch because I had no idea about the deal with getting a new iPhone. Any questions I had he was able to help me with which was amazing. Verizon is very lucky to have an employee like Jeremiah!

Jeremiah St. Cloud did an early upgrade to save money on a new phone, my wife also got a new phone and an apple watch for $10 per month and transferred everything for us and installed screen protectors

My iPhone XS was a lemon. The facial recognition failed. Then calls wouldn't work. I could make them but not hear anything. Thania was extremely helpful. We were able to warranty the device. Everything works again. Really appreciate her help!

The salesman wanted to argue and was frustrated because he struggled to figure out how to release an iPad Pro. I thought this was a corporate store. The black guy today could care less about the customer.I think he didn’t care because it wasn’t his commissions. He selfish and not a team player. Creates a negative culture.I Called the number provided belowThey put you on hold and never come back on the line.Verizon should validate the service they provide. This place is like an unauthorized cricket cellular reseller. Yes it’s really bad.
