There was only one gentleman at the counter when I went in, with about 5 people in line. He assisted all of us quickly and even mentioned of the self service capabilities to save time if we preferred on our next visit. Great job.

I don’t understand why this location doesn’t scan your package to give you peace of mind that they scanned it and it’s on its way. I dropped off my package at 8:30AM and waited all evening until 11pm got notification that at 9:52pm it was scanned by Dallas Distribution. Also the web is delayed!

This was the worst experience in my life go to this place, The manager should have more careful who they hire, a guys call a customer PS it's not acceptable, if I can know his name a will leave it. So everyone know whom is .

Both Avis and the Indian gentleman on staff today were super helpful and super friendly. I had a package that was an international package and they were able to assist with my needs.

No one is ever normally reviewing a post office unless they have a horrible experience, so I just wanted to give a shout out to the employees here. They are always friendly and helpful, where many times I’ve experienced the complete opposite at a USPS location. Easy in and out!

This is my favourite USPS location. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. The label broker system is nice because I can package at home and they print the label for me.

My package was not delivered due to "residence being inaccessible" as if it is not a standard apartment complex.Item was scheduled to be redelivered next business day but 3 days later and NO attempts have been made. I have called several times back to back, every day this week! and am only met with a busy signal and a dropped call. No voicemail, no USPS customer service help, amazon can't help, and nobody is delivering, local postman i caught yesterday at my complex said they're most likely sitting on because they're lazy -GREAT. the post office closes at 4pm too so can't go in person.. absolute NIGHTMARE. Looks like I'm out $200 at USPS's expense. Ridiculous.

This post office is awesome!!The two guys there rock. The clueless customers are the main problem I notice while there, always holding the line up with d*** questions and other issues not related to that location. Keep up the great work!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In the last 2 months the USPS lost two of my packages. The first one never made it to destination and I'm still arguing with the post office to get a warranty claim submitted. The second one never left the post office (at Coit & Roundrock). That day the line was out the door so I put two boxes on counter and worker told me they would scan them in, however one box was scanned and the other never scanned. This means there is no record of me dropping off at the post office so I can't make a claim. I'm certain Someone in that office stole the package Then today I had to drop three packages off to ship (prepaid labels) waited in line to get a receipt and was told they no longer give receipts. I asked, "how do I know you scanned it in if I don't get a receipt?" And he said, "we don't give guarantees!" I left my packages there but I'm literally about to freak because I'm looking online and none of them have been scanned in yet. I feel like the post office has become some third world country business where there is no customer service and you're at the mercy of any outcome. I'm completing a survey to officially complain but I'm sure that will never get read.

This place is a joke and the customer service out of this world... Completely disrespectful and unprofessional can't answer simple questions can't hold an adult conversation. Should shut the whole location down especially run off the j*** in there with the double cubic zerconium earrings in his ears who likes to talk in circles just to hear his own voice rattle.. Mr. Avisssssss I believe.

DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE. I TOOK A PACKAGE THERE ON SATURDAY AND DROPPED IT OFF INSIDE IN THE MAIL DROP OFF AND IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN CHECKED IN FOR SHIPPING. DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE AT ALL! IF YOU ARE IN RICHARDSON ONLY USE THE 433 BELLE GROVE LOCATION POST OFFICE. EVERY OTHER POST OFFICE IN RICHARDSON LACKS PROPER CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I PAID FOR PRIORITY SHIPPING WHICH IS THE SAID PART!
