Terrible service, I came from waxahachie to an appointment that a lady gave me and I arrived at the appointment and she said that I didn't have an appointment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

The delivery women is the absolute worst person on this earth. She lost my and my mother’s immigration document. 1st time is a mistake but 2nd time isnt. Unless I get my documents, I will believe she is purposefully doing this to us. I hope is fired and never ever ever hired again in this life.

The woman that is handling passports this week has the incorrect information. She’s completely useless. The website clearly states they do walk ins but she is clueless about this. On top of this she is incredibly rude to everyone.Please fire her.Everyone in line was turned away even though we all got there before 2:30pm. Walk in hours start at 2:30 per the website.

I do business with two USP OFFICES and the difference in speed and efficiency is remarkable.. so remarkable, that I need to make a remark about it. Location at Jupiter moves at a glacial pace. The staff is nice, but they seem to take 6 times longer to complete a transaction. Location at Belle grove is the complete opposite. I came in 15 people deep, and braced myself. Oh happy day, I was out of there in 10 minutes. If I had been at Jupiter location - I’d still be on line. Belle grove - Fast, friendly efficient. How is this possible? What is making the difference? I’m genuinely curious!

Great service, especially Mark, he was very helpful and patient, finished our passport documents very quickly and even stayed overtime to finalize everything. The world will benefit if there were more Marks around!!

I was in here twice yesterday with a train set. It was an oblong box and a gentleman with dark gray facial hair and a kind smile helped me to figure out how to pack and ship it. I am an admin and I use the post office so much. We were using the one ok Apollo and they were always so rude and didn’t have the time of day. We switched post offices bc of some other situation. Well I went to drop the off the train set later in the day, close to five, and yet another gentleman was there with a smile and he even answered some questions I had and gave me a receipt. I don’t know why they are getting posts that they’re rude. Use the Apollo office and get back to me bc these people are kind. Every time and I use them a couple times a week.

Terrible customer service. No one ever picks up the phone and when I go into the office for my issue they just tell me to call the phone line. I’m locked out of my USPS managed mailbox for over a month now even after paying the replacement fee and they literally shrugged at me when I went in to ask for help a second time!

Shout-out to front desk employee Mark who helped with our needs efficiently and courteously. We had a package, a letter that needed additional postage, and a passport application that just needed certification and mailing. He got it all done quickly, professionally, and without fuss. Thanks, Mark!

Return to sender on my package although it was out for delivery and failed to note an adequate reason why. Reported them to Postmaster General. I've called three times so far and nobody will answer the phone. Until they answer, I'm going to presume they stole my package. It's only fair.

The post office was clean, the postal employees at the counter were friendly and knowledgeable. My packages processed through the center quickly. Everything I would expect of a US Post Office.

Horrible customer service. I have tried multiple times over the last few weeks to get someone to answer their phones which no one does. How can you be the Main post office and NOT answer your phones? May 23 over 7 months later no one has called me back and no one has answered their phone. The Post Master doesnt give a flying #@$$# about customer service and basically says screw you Im not going to call you back or answer my phones.
