“We recently purchased a 2019 RAV4 from Toyota of Richardson and had a pleasant experience. Terrance was a GREAT salesperson and was very knowledgeable about the cars he showed us. It was a plus that he pulled all cars we were interested in into their garage for us to view and then test drive. Would have given them a 5 star rating if they would not have added extra fees that were above the online price. I believe this was a dealership management policy and not the fault of Terrance. Thankfully we were eventually able to agree on an "out the door" price. Again, I don't blame Terrance on this issue. I should also state that Sam with the finance department was very helpful with closing our deal and explaining the terms of the added warranty policy.”
