I recently visited the UPS store, and I can't praise their customer service enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly "hello." The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with my shipping needs. They patiently answered all my questions and provided helpful suggestions to ensure my packages were sent safely and efficiently.

The shipping they gave me was fast, it arrived sooner... what I didn't have in mind was that they would charge aya to deliver my package depending on which customs is charging that money. I will no longer ship here, I feel like I paid too much ?

This UPS store goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met!
They were extremely helpful with a challenging Amazon return. They looked out for me to make sure I got credit for three items when Amazon messed up my return label.
I’m very glad they are fairly close to my home.

My favorite UPS store. The staff is very nice and helpful and always friendly. James is especially helpful with me today. And the lady who was helpful with me a few weeks ago I appreciate the great staff.

I've been going to this location for several years already and never have a problem with my services before. Everyone was so friendly and helpful with my packages. Until now. The new black lady I met the first time here today complained why i did not print out the label already, why I did not tape my box, and complained that she had to do it for me. I was speechless, isn't it that her job? I would still probably going to this location in the future since it's the closest one to my house, but really hope not seeing her again for my next service.
