Service is very good. The front-desk representattives were very quick in giving me the service. They were very friendly. They provided me with all the options to ship the package along with the associated cost and they provided me all the details regarding the estimated time of delivery. Overall, they ensured Customer Satisfaction.

I really liked the services provided. As a student who rarely uses postal services and hence I was scared about the process, and how will it be to send my important documents, but Louis helped me very neatly and completed the process. Coincidently Louis lives in some apartment complex and hence we also had good communication, but overall trasaction and tracking ID every went so smoothly and as a student I was very happy with the service and the scary thing in my mind went off and I received the best service for delivery of my important documents. Thankyou UPS. ThankYou Louis. Thanks alot

The staff/store manager Loyalka is mean and rude. She tried to steal money by charging improperly which appeared as miscellaneous in the receipt. She is corrupt and needs to be fired from the store.

The owner is super FANTASTIC! Kind, efficient, friendly, respectful, personable, professional. I'm sincere when I say I LOVE frequently going there and always hope to see her. Louis is also amazing! And the other employees are great also! It should be a showcase store for UPS!

These people really want to make money. They don't lend you tape to close a box but they can sell you tape or a new box for $16 dollars to send a return back. ?There is a FedEx next block, way better service

Hate their Amazon returns set up. They are the only return place that makes you print a label and then charge you $3.25 for it. Amazon forces you to return with UPS if it’s a large package.
