Been a UPS store customer for years and years and by far this location in Richardson TX has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and consistent!! Everyone knows me by name and I love how its family owned and operated. Thank you for everything you do everyday for your customers!

I always try to come to this location to ship my packages. Sheryl is so sweet and always goes above and beyond to help me. She makes the whole experience pleasant and easy. No matter how busy it is, she always has a smile on her face and takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. I love coming here because of her amazing service. One of the workers tried to charge me more money without telling me what it was for. I had to ask and it was for something unnecessary that i did not need. I did not appreciate that. Rather not mention his name.

The old lady who was at the counter was very very rude and talked gibberish, was very very rude to all the customers. Worst service ever, she doesn’t even know how to check an email lol
