I had no clue what I was buying when my LGS sold me one of their sites. I assumed because it was expensive it must be a good one, sent it back for minor workmanship error. Wrong, the 1989 scope I paid 150$ for was now a 55$ airsoft site in 2022 so that's what warranty got me. Not exactly their fault sence they don't sell the dot I bought in person, but they still could've just credited me since the scope I bought no longer existed.

Horrible customer service. I sent several emails through "Contact Us" with no response. I called their phone number. I was on hold for one hour and the next day for another hour. They never answered the phone. I'm not sure I'll ever get a response.

Cannot recommend doing business with a company that does not supply replacement parts for their products.

I purchased a pair of sites and it says 5 year warranty. Now they don't glow anymore after only about a year-and-a-half. I have made so many attempts to call the manufacturer and I have left three emails I have not gotten any response back. I don't know what's going on but if this is how I'm going to be treated as a consumer I'll spend my money some other place. They used to be good I don't know what's going on anymore but I'm just not going to waste my time with them.

Horrible customer support on a new defective product. TRUGLO wants me to pay to have the sights uninstalled, pay for shipping of the bad product then pay to have it reinstalled. There is no flexibility in their policy and I have to pay more in services and shipping than what I paid for their sights. I reached out to GSM and no help, I reached out to their Private Equity Investor and they refused to escalate my issue only providing a customer service phone number. 3 calls, 2 hours on hold and 5 emails later they have lost a customer for life. BUYER BEWARE THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND 3RD PARTY SUPPORT VENDOR THAT DOESN'T PUT THE CONSUMER FIRST. Waste of 125 dollars!!!They could learn a thing or two from a company like Vortex, no questions asked lifetime warranty. I will never buy TRUGLO again. I'm ashamed they are a TEXAS company.

I ordered sights for a handgun,and I called there horrible customer service (40 minutes waiting to talk to someone) I canceled the order... they stated it hadn't been shipped and ill receive my refund in 7-10 days... 2 days after I canceled the order the canceled item was shipped out..I emailed twice,no reply,so I called again and waited over 40 minutes and was explained what happened and how inconvenient it is (didn't care) and got a return shipping receipt. I finally got to FedEx,very busy at work,had to leave 1 hour early to make it to FedEx to return the item that was canceled... 8 days later since its been returned/delivered/signed by there shipping department...also over 30 days since I started all this BS, and 3 more emails to customer service I still don't have a refund yet and they have NOT REPLIED to any emails... The worst customer service...horrible communication,stay away from this company... there are better sights and companies to deal with.... they suck

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered sights months ago and never got any kind of tracking info, already reached out to them multiple times to cancel my order and have never gotten a response. Don’t waste your time. Trijicon is much better.

Resolved an Issue I had with my Bow Sight,very courteous,did exactly what they said they would do,TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE,I will be a Customer for life,Thank You Very Much TruGlo!!we need more companies like this in America.

Purchased a sight set that came with a defective front sight. They made me pay for shipping to get a replacement. When I installed it the material is very flimsy. I'm not going to trust my life with these and will likely get something else more sturdy.

Had a lamp go out on a TFO [great sights for all light levels] front sight after a few years. They had me ship it back and another, brand new unit was shipped back no charge. Love the sight, and the company stands behind it bigtime. Quick turnaround and very pleased all around.
