We recently purchased a 2019 RAV4 from Toyota of Richardson and had a pleasant experience. Terrance was a GREAT salesperson and was very knowledgeable about the cars he showed us. It was a plus that he pulled all cars we were interested in into their garage for us to view and then test drive. Would have given them a 5 star rating if they would not have added extra fees that were above the online price. I believe this was a dealership management policy and not the fault of Terrance. Thankfully we were eventually able to agree on an "out the door" price. Again, I don't blame Terrance on this issue. I should also state that Sam with the finance department was very helpful with closing our deal and explaining the terms of the added warranty policy.

Just worked with Terrance for a deal on a used Toyota RAV4 and he was super knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He spent lots of time with my family and I showing us all of the options we had. We ended up falling in love with a car that was a little out of our price range but figured the added features made it worth the increase. We were then disappointed to find out they add nearly $4000 to every vehicle they have on their lots for add ons. Thankfully we were able to come to a more agreeable amount. Again, I am very pleased with Terrance and would give him a 5 star review for his service, but I am still disappointed with the hidden add on fees.

I sat with Zainy for like 2 hours going back and forth and ended up with a decently low apr. Jacob was super friendly and helpful. If you tell them you’re leaving they will make magic happen. You have to be firm with your negotiations just like any car buying experience. If you’re walking in and not negotiating numbers then you’re gonna get ripped off.

Used car manager is a scum bag. They force mandatory add ons to the price of used vehicles. We were ready to pay full asking price of a car they had on their website. He refused and said "of course we have add ons" and they could not be removed. Total bait and switch. Went to Toyota of Plano and it was a night and day experience. They did not force add ons and the whole experience was much better.

Very bad and awful customer care, the manager took my car key for vehicle appraisals and returned it broken with missing battery, when I asked him where is the battery of the key he was making fun of it and refused that I haven’t done anything, when I insisted he went in and found the battery and broken part from inside his office at the end he was making fun of the deal. I’ve not seen such irresponsible, unrepectful and unmannered manager. Shame on Toyota of Richardson with having such a manager. I’m there customer from the last 8 years and bought several cars, but this was my last time with them to visit.

Worst service. I hate the staff here very rude behaviour to me in choosing car. Without finalising the deal they made credit checks and all others stuff. Forced me to purchase with 16%APR I don’t know from which source is this..

it was the worst experience of my life. I was considering buying a new Toyota Tacoma car, I had to inspect the car and get a private drive, the sales assistant showed me a locked car, he didn’t have the keys, in order to open the car, he refused me a test drive and in the end , offered to buy a used car

Worst services I’ve ever received. I came here first time and I didn’t want to deal because it was overcharged. Then, I got a call from an employee and GM and they said that we can do $1000 less. I came here and they said it’s not possible. I tried to tell them that I came here because you mentioned on a call. Nobody was listening to me. I can’t trust them anymore.

Would not suggest you buy from here! Our vehicle we purchased 2018 Ram 2500 supposedly had went through service and it got a 171 point inspection instead of 172. Noticed on test drive truck had a little sway but it was a bit windy and salesman said oh it’s the wind! This truck has been fully inspected! Oil light and fuel filter light had also not been reset. Turns out lower control arm bolt was coming out of the driver side rear! Had to have it fixed after the truck swayed off the road and about killed us! They WILL NOT RETURN CALL OR PROVIDE SERVICE RECORDS FOR VEHICLE.
I’ll attach some pics of what shop found! You can tell bolt has been jacked for a bit!

I Purchased my first supra from Toyota of Richardson in 07/2022 with Christina Soto. Initially, my experience with Christina was pretty standard. Wouldn’t give me an exact price, wanted me to just come in, etc. standard dealer games.
She lets me know about the incoming anniversary edition & i told her i was interested. She sends me the ones they had coming in. The Supra had an MSRP of $65,275.00. They marked the vehicle to $86,984.00 but so graciously reduced to 85,000.00 on 12/20.
On Saturday, 12/30, i contact christina about the color, unable to decide if i wanted the White or Orange one. Soto replies “this orange, we can’t even keep people off this vehicle” during that conversation, Christina and I come to an agreement on purchase price, trade, etc. she requests a deposit. I declined the deposit because it’s the end of business day (after hours at this point, actually), they are closed Sunday and I made it explicitly clear I would be in first thing Monday morning to sign up and take POSSESSION of the vehicle. Soto agreed. She knew we were coming Monday. we move on.
Monday rolls around. I remove all of my personal items from my vehicle, rearrange my husband’s schedule for the day so he can attend, and we begin the hour and a half journey to Toyota of Richardson. We arrive, the vehicle is not there. She knew we were coming, lied about it being there just to get me in the door. I leave, tell her to have her manager call me. They never do. They go radio silent and as i found out this morning, sell the car to another buyer. I will not be back to Toyota of Richardson. Please take your business elsewhere, these people do not care about you. You are simply a check. Avoid at all costs.
