During negotiations for a new car at Town North, we had a miscommunication that upset me enough to write a negative review. And I rarely write reviews. The same day, manager Alex responded to the review with his contact information and then called to make it right. Town North 100% earned 5 stars and my future business. We dealt with Arthur Arce and never felt pressured or rushed despite the place being packed on a Saturday

I had a great experience here as a first time car buyer! Isiah was my salesman and he was amazing. Craig helped me with finances. I couldn’t recommend Isiah and Craig more!! To add on, all the other employees in the dealership were so nice!

Just purchased a new vehicle from here and the service and process was excellent. Isiah Randolph who was my sales representative was awesome to deal with! He was honest with everything associated with the buying process. Definitely recommend him if you’re shopping for a new Mazda.
