“We want to thank our technician Wasim. He called me immediately after I scheduled with AAA, and arrived at our location very promptly. At first we thought it's just a jump start issue. He found out that the previous battery was a wrong battery installed years before by other AAA technician at that time(sigh to that). He replaced with a brand new one for us within the AAA warranty. He went above and beyond. After he quickly installed the battery he sprayed the anti corrosion and also give the new battery a test. My husband and I truly appreciated his help.”

Anthony and Jeremy both did an excellent job with repairs on my 2021 Bronco and were both upfront and honest with which specific dents were and were not in scope of our contract (even inviting me into the shop to review myself while repairs were underway) since aluminum is more difficult to repair than steel. “Someone damaged the hood of my car at the grocery store. Dented and scraped. I was reviewing shops as I was not going to file a claim for this. I told my cousin what happened and she told me that she would not take her car anywhere but Mr Car Shine! She met me there for an estimate so she could say hello to the owner and after reading the reviews prior to the visit I didn’t look any further. They only had my car for a few days and I am so pleased. They did an awesome job and the price was more than reasonable. I will recommend them to everyone I know that is in need of a great body shop. He said it would be around 30 minutes before someone would be there. To my surprise, less than 15 minutes later, the driver called and said he was in my alley. It was like he was waiting for me to call! At any rate, when he got here, he wanted to see what the car was, or was not, doing. To my shock, and embarrassment, my car started. They charged me a fair fee for a cancellation, but I appreciated their quickness and professionalism. I highly recommend KB Towing.”

“Initially they were there to help someone else but he noticed I was also on the side of the road and came to check up on me and let me know my tire was blown out. He handed me his business card which would be so useful since my insurance roadside assistance was being difficult. “A few days ago my 16 year old son was hit hard by a negligent driver. When I got there I saw the car and new it was likely totaled and I needed a tow. I called 2 places first, one the lady who answered clearly did not want my business and I got a time frame through persistence, it was 2-3 hours. I called the tow company that my body shop recommended on their after hours voice mail, he asked me if we could just do it tomorrow since he was pretty busy.I was really at my wits end, I called Northstar Towing expecting more of this insane B.S. and the gentleman who answered was polite and attentive. I told him where I was and that I needed a tow, he told me it would be about 25 minutes!!!! My father was with me and he said yeah right, more like 2-3 hours, and I agreed that was likely the case.However, Sam rolled up 30 minutes on the dot later. He pulled up to us, rolled down the window and asked how everyone was and if the people in the car were ok FIRST. Only after did he pull forward and quickly and efficiently get the car on the truck and ready to go. He was kind, knowledgeable and friendly. It was one of the most refreshing interactions with ANY business I have had, much less a tow truck company! I can't recommend this company enough.
