It is bad enough that you are almost always forced to use self checkout here, but when your phone number doesn't give you the discounts it should, it is even more annoying. And what is unacceptable is the lady working the self checkout giving you grief because she says the coupon you show her in your phone isn't legit. That is not my fault. If the app says I should get certain price for something, you need to honor it. I was then told she would do it this one time for me. When I told her she should honor a coupon every time if its in the ap, she walked off. This lady got rude and talked back to me as if she was right. Tom Thumb is the most expensive out of all the grocery stores. And within 3 miles is a Kroger, Wal Mart, Mexican and Asian grocery stores, Sprouts, and an Aldi.
Yes, Tom Thumb is closer to me than all of those except Sprouts, but I don't need a side of attitude with your high prices if the app is improperly offering me a discount on something.

Came into Starbucks this morning and was immediately met with a smiling face. Her name badge said her name was Laura and she completely turned my frown upside down!! Great customer service and one of the best cups of coffee I’ve ever had.

To have come to this particular store that is an hour away from where I live and to have a bad experience is a bit disappointing. My boyfriend and I have been picking up our grocery order from this location for a few times recently and today made this our last time. First, the store worker who brought out our order did not even acknowledge us, just put the groceries in the trunk without asking for the code or just a simple hello. He actually acted as if we were bothering him. We had eggs in our order and he didn't bother asking if we wanted them up front. Luckily they were not damaged on the way home. Second, we just had to throw away an almost $8 bag of chicken because it was severely frost bitten and looked extremely old. Also, the onions were wet and rotting. I get everyone may have a bad day on occasion but it's the fact that we chose this location from several others. We will definitely be trying one of the many other locations.

Very bad experience with tom thumb this time.I used to be come here everyday but from the last two time Sam who are working at customer service desk who behaving with me very rudely for nothing.I suggest to others customer to go somewhere else.

Huge supermarket with a great selection of Kosher food. Including: meat, fish, sushi, dairy and bakery. I went a couple of weeks ago and they were fully stocked for Passover already! Comparable to a Walmart

Nice store, good selection. Prices higher than competition on lots of items. Update: went in today shopping for a few items. Watch prices. About one quarter of the sale items rang up at full price. One of them was corrected. The clerk went to check the display on the second item and denied my request for the sale price. I went to the display, took a pic of the tag, and went to customer service where they adjusted the price. All of this effort to save a dollar. I feel obligated to remind the store management that this practice helped lead to the demise of a major chain in this area a few years ago. Please fix this. I really do like the store.

Went to the bakery section to get a bread sliced the lady looked at me didn’t say anything. I asked her if she could slice the bread for me. She made a loud sound like she doesn’t wanna be there, and I bothered her. Even my son looked at me when she did that so I ignored. I smiled at her, she put the bread in a slicer . after the bread was sliced, she packaged, didn’t say anything and walked away. Didn’t ask if there’s anything else she can do. i’m surprised she even works there there other homeless people would love to have her job

Produce is often rotted. Multiple times, saw meat and fish being improperly handled.Don’t shop here unless you have no other option.
