My Son and Daughter-in law placed an order for grocery delivery on October 3rd and the order was marked complete like it had been delivered but it was not. They found out the 3rd party used to deliver was door dash. They reported it and were told they would receive a refund within 7 days. They called me to see if I could help them get groceries since the refund would take several days. I placed another order that same evening and on my app it showed delivery completed but they again did not receive the order $287 worth. I immediately called and found out Uber was the 3rd party. They attempted to call the driver but they didn’t answer. Tom Thumb support then issued me a refund which will take up to 7 days as well. They do live in an apartment community but the apartment number was listed on each order address. The order I placed I asked that they hand it off to them personally. Nobody seems to know who these groceries were delivered to both times. Finally made a Walmart grocery order and they received it with no problem. I did call the store directly and spoke to Alberto. He took down all of the information as well as our phone numbers for management to call us back when they came in this morning. We still have not heard back from anyone. So someone received close to $500 in groceries yesterday and it’s a mystery as to who or where they ended up. Both Door dash and Uber had no photo of the delivery. In the future they will use Walmart when needing a grocery delivery.

I have been coming here most of my life, and now as a more independent fellow, I am frequently on errands. Groceries are a little pricy, but that's all Tom Thumbs, not just this one. Employees are nice, and I've had good conversations with some of them. I come here at least once a week, and it is one of my favorite stores. The prepared meals are really good. I usually get the chicken salad croissant sandwich. Great atmosphere, lines aren't usually long, Signature Select is a good brand. Shop here.
