Tom Thumb Renner/Custer Road pharmacy now has a permanent Drive-through window shield that they can pull down anytime that they don’t want to service drive-through customers. This is totally unacceptable. This is our Preferred and neighborhood pharmacy and we expected better customer service as longtime customers. They have done this since Covid and used it as an excuse since Covid of being understaffed. No other pharmacies in the area practice this sort of terrible customer service. Sometimes when they pull it down, there are five or six people in the pharmacy. Considering moving all our prescriptions to another pharmacy, but unfortunately, there aren’t other stores convenient to us. Please do better to serve your area customers.

Wait times are incredibly long. Inside and outside.If you're waiting outside and it's your turn to go forward to the window I've noticed multiple times that the worker will scuttle away from the window and not return until you've pressed the call button. I know there are more things for a pharmacist to do than wait on customers but it's starting to feel like they want to see what they can get away with to not help the customer.

The drive through window is rarely open in the morning anymore. This has been super inconvenient and delays my prescription pick up significantly because of my work schedule.

Very disgraceful service, I will never be frequenting this pharmacy; let alone this store. The self check out kiosk took all of my money and i used my debit card in all possible scanning formats.Absolute disgrace, especially to retired veterans. Yall best fix ya selves before ya embarrass ya selves even further.....

Has consistently messed up the needles necessary for my prescription. Specifically ask for luer lock needles and get a dead pan stare. Embarrassing and worrying when the people there don't know what basic materials are.

Pharmacy - For being shorthanded and having to deal with constant computer problems, these people seem to be doing the best they can with what they have.I left CVS 3 years ago because some Muslim pharmacist SCREAMED at me after I told her she made a mistake and gave me the wrong Rx!!! They REFUSED to refund my money. So I left and switched over ALL of my meds to Tom Thumb.I haven't regretted it since. Although they are usually insanely busy, I don't have to wait long and they do have a drive thru if I don't want to go inside.As far as pharmacies and customer service go...............compared to what lousy places are out there like CVS, this place is top notch!

They are super fast at filling your prescription, 15 min average but usually faster. They always answer my questions and are able to help when they don’t have it in stock. Signing up for the text notifications are really helpful too.
