I love this place, my favorite spot for thrifting… however, within this past year prices have gotten a little crazy ? Will still shop here as it’s clean & employees are always great. If you really search can find good pieces, but do think it’s a little wild at times. Never thought I’d see an $80 shirt at thrift city lol.

Love this store been shopping here for 11 years n never disappointed staff nice n friendly amazing clothes n. great prices lm sry but not true goodwill expensive n has some out of date clothes l dont shop there thrift city has name brand clothes goodwill rarely does just stating facts thrift city very updated with clothes n a clean place to shop

Finally got a day off work and decided to go thrifting. Got here at 9:30 am on a Monday and the men’s clothing racks were practically baron with no new racks put out. I thought maybe this was a Monday rotation thing so I decided to leave and come back a couple of hours later only to discover the same thing. I’ve been shopping at this store for years and can’t think of a single time this has ever happened in the past but it was a complete waste of time and effort.

Honestly, here in high school ! I frequent a lot now also, but honestly, it has lost its touch with reality.l that’s why I love Goodwill. Everything is standard price and I can honestly go hunt for stuff that’s very cool and fun and not pay a lot for it. Just picked up this random jersey for four dollars. At thrift city it would be 29.99 ?.. and it would be put on the color that does not even go half price on on some days. Overall, not here to complain about prices, but more about the quality of the items in the store. It’s not really the best same stuff stays in the store every week while Goodwill has fresh new inventory every week God bless.
I don’t work for a competitor ?. They can’t afford to pay me. I thrift for fun to find cool things because I can literally buy anything I want, but I just like the thrill of the hunt baby.
But sadly, there’s no thrill, cause I’m getting bent over for garbage

Amazing selection, even for guys there's a bunch of cool stuff. Leather jackets, sweaters, dress shirts, Hawaiian shirts, t- shirts and more. So much stuff and really liked it

First time in and terrible customer service! You should have a friendlier staff with better customer service skills. Also you should have things sorted by size instead of style bc you can’t even look say in the jeans section until one person decides to move. I could even hear the way the lady was talking to people as they checked out like she hated her job.

Amazing assortment of goods. Exceptional quality. The staff is pretty friendly and the clothes are mostly clean and neat.

Thrift City? More Like Grift City
Note to owner/manager that replies to these comments...dont bother on this one.
It's funny how everyone trashes Goodwill, when this place is just as bad if not worse. Random glassware from Marshalls for $20, vintage pieces marked at retail or more, boutique section 20% below retail at best. I'm sure they sell this stuff, because if they didn't then they would have stopped by now.
My note to everyone, if you are looking for an outfit and are fine with mediocre product, go here. Because you won't find any "steals" that make thrifting worth it.
But if you want well curated items at the same price as Thrift City, and a better selection, I suggest you support other small businesses in Dallas or online. I promise you that you will get better quality and better service.

Worst customer service ever! Ladies standing around talking to one another instead of helping customers in dressing room while super busy….. i’ve been a repeat customer for over 13 years at this location and this is the worst I’ve ever been treated! I just left my basket basket full of stuff. Y’all
just lost out on a sale!

I was wrongfully charged for an item and i was scammed, customer service is not the best. Be careful when paying with a card here!!
