Dismissed me from office. Did not provide a reason why. I can only imagine that it was because I registered a complaint because Zach had me waiting for an hour my last appointment and I told him that for him not to even come by was unacceptable. I have never been dismissed from a doctor's office. This insulting and very unprofessional.

My doctor is great, but good luck getting someone from the billing department to fix a mistake. They misfiled a claim in July '22 and my insurance kicked it back. So instead of resubmitting the claim like I've asked them two 3 times they are trying to bill me in full and are now sending me bill past due letters. I've spoken to 3 different people and have requested to speak with a supervisor and have not been able to escalate the issue. When I call the doctors office they tell me I have to speak to billing. When I call billing they flat out lie to me about what they have done with my case and rush me off the phone.

It's been a long time since I seen a doctor and Dr. Laleh Bigdeli is definitely the truth... She's a straight forward kind of doctor and I love that.

Worst Staff, never in office(billing team), said insurance covers everything before and after visit and sent an $420 bill, saying insurance declined coverage even though i shared my insurance prior and asked them if it covers.NEVER visiting again.

My father was a patient of Dr. Gupta. He was very sick and saw many doctors and this office always got things right. We never had any issues with appointments or billing. Dr. Gupta was excellent and always took time with him during his visits. When my father passed away in 2020, Dr. Gupta personally reached out to me which I was so grateful for.

The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the doctors are top-notch. I've been coming here for years and have always been very happy with the care I've received. Highly recommend!

If you have any issues with billing- good luck- as the billing department will not offer a shred of help. I would NOT recommend this doctors office to anyone.

Dr. Bigdeli is one of the most generous and patient doctors I’ve ever met. She was super attentive during my appointment, and even made it a point to get to know me and my husband. After prescribing me medication to a pharmacy who was taking too long to prepare the medicine, she called me after hours and asked me if I’d like to switch the pharmacy location so I could receive my medication faster. She goes above and beyond for her patients. I’m so happy I found Texas Health Family Care. Me and my husband/future kids will be coming here for years to come.
