I have been a customer of Texas Archives for seven years. They are the best company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and over the years there have been a lot! The customer service they proved is second to none to say they go above and beyond is an understatement! The entire group is top notch. I have visited the facility, and it was like being at your best friend's house. I generally deal with Lisa Hall she is ALWAYS friendly and more than accommodating!!!!!!! She must be a limbo champion, because she has bent over backwards so many times, to get me the files I need. She is such a pleasure to deal with, and always finds a solution to any situation or emergency we have. You would think in seven years she would have an off moment, but no not even a hint she is a true superstar. Every so often I get to deal with Troy as well totally awesome every time. My company has used Texas Moving for some office moves , and I have used them for a personal move as well, and in both cases a great experience (If you have ever moved office or home you know it's not fun, but they manage to make it a pleasurable one! (AND THEY SHOW UP ON TIME) They just get it done, with ease and totally awesome customer service every time.

I have been a customer of Texas Archives for several years. I have always found their services to be excellent: They respond promptly, provide me with the files that I need, and do pleasantly and cheerfully, at a price that is much better than my previous file storage company. I recommend that anyone who is in the service area of Texas Archives consider using their services.
