I cannot remember the specific names of the gentlemen that helped me out today, but they were so nice and helpful! I was immediately offered a complimentary water bottle which was so kind and seems so rare nowadays. They got me in and out within 10 minutes, amazing. Such a good experience. The customer service alone will make me return.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Take 5 in Richardson, TX, thanks to Richard and Ray. From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted with such warmth and enthusiasm that it instantly set a positive tone for my visit. Their customer service is nothing short of stellar. They took the time to ensure I felt welcome and understood my needs, making the entire process feel personalized.
The speed of service was impressive as well. I expected to wait longer for my oil change, but Richard and Ray had me in and out in no time, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism. It’s clear they value efficiency without sacrificing quality. To top it off, when I arrived, they kindly offered me a complimentary water bottle, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It’s little touches like this that really elevate the customer experience.
I also want to commend the manager, Xavier, who took the time to check in with me about how my service went. His genuine concern for customer satisfaction is evident and speaks volumes about the culture at Take 5. It’s reassuring to see a manager so involved and committed to ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Way to pricey would not go back, but the customer service level with the guy that I worked with his name is Ray he was really nice and helped me out and gave me a discount.

I've used this Take 5 location a few times in the past due to being up the street from my job. Today Ray sealed the deal, I will continue to come here everytime I need service. He was very welcoming, offered me a drink, and made sure i didn't need anything while I was waiting. Ray gave it to me straight and let me know what my vehicle needed, but was not pushy. He let me know about their specials/discounts they had going for the services I needed. The rest of the crew worked quickly and efficently to complete my oil and coolant exhange, getting me in and out on my lunch break. All in all 10/10 experience.

I made an appointment to take my car to get an oil change on my lunch break. I arrived and waited 45 mins before asking how much longer it would be. The response was “I don’t know”. With this being my lunch break, I had to leave without getting my oil changed at all. What a waste of my entire lunch break, poor service, didn’t hold my appointment, and no accountability for taking so long. There’s 3 places to pull up and only 2 open. Several people were standing around. Very unsatisfied.

This location sucks . I wasn’t aware that they DON’T provide the same services at different locations . I went for an oil change and that’s all they did but EVERYTIME I go to TAKE 5 I’m used to getting the full service . They DID NOT ..check my air filters..cabin filters ..wipers..or coolant but I did get offered a water .
