The movers are always so nice and efficient with their work. They assure that things are exactly where you want them when unloading and ate very quick with loading. I have worked with this company 3 times and their customer service is always amazing. They are always my go to and will be using them again in the future for my next move.

Excellent customer and work related service. They came to the apartment in a timely manner. They assess what they were about to do wrapped everything and had a 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome gone in 45 mins. They unloaded everything at the new location fast!!! And put everything together. An awesome group of men for the money that was spent. I hope to not see them anytime soon but will use them again and also refer them to everyone!!!

The crew was amazing! All of my stuff was well taken care of. From the minute they started until the minute they finished, service was excellent and they were very professional. Highly reccomend!

Metro Movers are AWESOME!!! I’ve been using Metro for years…my last 3 moves! Very communicative! Arrives when they say they will! WIN! Helpful and always get right to work! I don’t see myself using another mover! Metro is my GO TO for Dallas movers!

These were my favorite movers up until they lost my nails to my bedroom set & they definitely lost them because they moved me previously before , they told me they would come back once I ordered the nails and put it together FREE OF CHARGE. They tried to set me a date that didn't work so I tried to confirm a different date, got no response I haven't heard anything else since then! DO BETTER! I moved with this company at least 3-4 times. And their prices are fckin ridiculous! I paid them almost $700 for a 2bdrm apartment that they packed up & moved within an hour & a small storage that took 30 mins to load so how did I end up paying that much . They literally slow down after the 2 hour mark. Definitely lost a customer !

I wanna first say that I had a wonderful experience with this company. I rarely write reviews but the movers I had was very nice got the job done within the 2 hours . They even put my bed together which I said I can do so . But they did . I’m so grateful they made my move so easy and the mover that was in changer explained everything to me along the way . They was so respectful if I could i would give them 100/100 thank you so much guy’s for all your hard work today ?? god bless you

First off there is a 1 star review by a customer named Dominique Williams BELIEVE EVERY WORD ABOUT THEM TRYING TK STRETCH THE TIME PAST THE TWO HOUR!!!!!.. I’ve used this company twice only because they do send more people than you ask for, seems like a good deal right. The guy in charge will try and stall to stretch the time past two hours. I helped them move my stuff both times..at the end of the second move the head guy tried to stall and talk to me..BUT I WASNT HAVING IT!! So they played themselves bringing more people to the job.
Which leads me to this week, im moving right this is my third time to use the company. I set up the move I think Tuesday. They send the email for me to confirm granted I didn’t see it until later I think Wednesday or Thursday. They emailed me and said they couldn’t do the move on Thursday but they had a time window for Friday between 12-4pm. I responded cool as long as it’s after 3pm. They said it’s a time window and they can’t guarantee the times. So I made it a mission to get off work early and was waiting at my apartment. Time go by I check my email they send another on saying they can’t get to it today and ask I reschedule for Sunday. They said they had 1-4pm available I say okay. Today after church I go to my apartment and wait four hours. No phone call or email from these people so I had to call them. I ask for some kind of accommodation for the inconvenience and rightfully so. They’ve left me hanging around two days. Miranda tells me no they can’t accommodate me and to reschedule or wait. She goes on to say the previous customer had an issue with her keys or something and that’s why the movers didn’t show up for the time window they set. Like that’s my problem ?♂️. People don’t have all day to wait for y’all to jerk them around. Horrible scammy business DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Miranda said she has receipts and so do I. The only thing she can say is I didn’t see the confirmation email on before Thursday. Cool! But what does that have to do with y’all confirming a time window for Friday between 12-4 and not showing up to reschedule for Sunday and not showing up again. I asked for a accommodation money isn’t a issue but I don’t pay for bad business! That accommodation could’ve been a extra man or two or something.

I gotta tell ya, hiring Metro Moving Company was one of the smartest decisions of my life! They were recommended to me by a coworker who also had a very pleasant experience. The move was very reasonably priced and the movers were very professional. They sent out 3 dudes, Alberto, Juan and Marcelo, and they were super friendly. They hustled throughout the entire move to get everything done asap while still being very careful and protecting everything that needed to be protected. I will definitely hire MMC again in the future!

I’ve used Metro twice now, both times the move was fast and easy. This is the best crew for the price, they take care of everything and pay close attention to details to prevent damage. They also always offer to help arrange furniture and unload cars, etc., before leaving. Very nice group to work with and will continue to book them for future moves.
