Today, I went to this store, and it was a mistake. The person there doesn't know how to respect customers, especially if you are Indian or Desi. Don't go there; it's better to go to "Hookah Head." The person is mannerless. Worst experience ever

Me and my boyfriend are starting a hookah business. Mike helped us today with everything that we needed. The hookah setup, tongs, carrier, wind covers, tips, cool tips, foil, coals, and tobacco. He also gave us a gift at the end and valuable knowledge and insight into the hookah business! He is so humble , friendly, and encouraging! He is a kindred spirit and cares for his customers.
