I've been a resident of Spring Pointe Apartments for over 4 years and I've seen my share of changes, good and bad, which includes management, tenants, maintenance and staff. As for current property owner Valiant Residential and Property Manager, Lyric Parker, I have nothing but good things to say. From my experience, both Ms. Lyric and her staff are pleasant and professional people to work with. Ms. Lyric is reliable and attentive. Whenever I had an issue or a complaint, she never hesitated to address the matter. She's very understanding and helpful. I've never had an issue with maintenance. Whenever something needed repair, they were prompt and efficient in getting it done. Thanks Ms. Lyric for everything.

Currently apartment hunting and came across this place. Although I am still weighing my options, I got to speak and take a tour with Lyric. She is very knowledgeable, attentive and her personality is a breath of fresh air. Thank you for the experience Lyric!

Lyric the property manager was amazing along with Melissa. I was originally denied but was encouraged to dispute because the view of misinformation can be checked with proper documentation. I disputed because the ambience of this location felt like home. I was approved. Thank you again for your encouragement and I am looking forward to signing my lease.

I've really enjoyed my time since moving in. The property is well-maintained, with clean common areas and nice layouts in the apartments. The management team is helpful and readily available, especially for maintenance requests. The location is excellent, with convenient access to everywhere I need to go. Overall, it's a comfortable, well-kept place to live. I highly recommend visiting the property!

I went to see a 2 bdrm apt and was greeted by Anna.
She told me about the different floor plans that they have. She was so nice to even show me the location where the units would be.

I’ve actually came to look at these apartments 3 times. This time I may actually lease. The leasing person was on a tour already, so the manager took me on a tour herself!! She stopped what she was doing. Thank you Lyric

As I went in for a tour on a 2br it smelled amazing in the office beside that I was greeted by not 1 but 3 amazing ladies. They had big smiles on there face, such polite and friendly tones. This tour was everything I could have imagined! Thank you ladies

Run, run away as fast as you can. Moved in April 2024, management changed not too long after. Things started looking promising with the change of management. I placed a maintenance request in August and it’s now September and that maintenance request has not yet been addressed. I’ve called the office prior before today too. The pool took almost all summer to open up and was clean for only about two months. I’ve had a continued issue with a neighbor not leashing their dogs and also people not picking up after their dogs. There are dog feces everywhere despite multiple dog waste bins around the complex, which makes it hard to use at times also because they are placed in areas where it gets super muddy when it rains. I’ve resorted to throw away the poop bags in the dumpsters that are also overflowing almost on a daily basis. The internet connectivity is awful and unstable. Not to mention, I called and the person whom I was speaking to, Anna, abruptly hung up before I could get another question answered. I thought it was on accident but there was no attempt to call me back. The only feature that we’ve liked whilst living here is the option to use flex but that’s as good as the apartment complex gets.
