Horrible service. I checked in and I showed up at 6:40 (20 minutes prior to closing) and the doors were locked. It says Barbara and Sami were working. I knocked on the door and the lady ignored me until I knocked louder. Wasn’t too impressed by this. I guess don’t count on going to this place 20-30 minutes prior to closing bc they will lock those doors.

I guess I'll be getting my haircut somewhere else after this review.
I sent a longer version of this to Sport Clips’ corporate office before posting this review, but have not received any message back, not even an apology, so here you go Google.
First, I’ll say this is a Sports Clips, and I don’t expect it to be the top-of-the-line haircut or service, but I mostly go to Sports Clips for the hot towel with head and back massage experience (the MVP, as they call it). I would go to a regular barber and get a better haircut if Sports Clips didn’t offer this service. I usually don’t care about how my haircut looks, because it’s a pretty average cut and I feel like it’s hard to mess up.
That said, during my last experience, I felt super rushed, and did not receive the “MVP” experience as I usually do. It was so rushed, in fact, that I decided to time the back massage portion which lasted 38 seconds. I’m not exaggerating. The reason I decided to time the massage was because I was already feeling very rushed by the stylist, and during the hair washing phase, my stylist said to the manager (this is a REAL quote), “I’m trying rush through this. I have to pick up my son at 5. Can I leave after I’m done?” Mind you, she did not even try to whisper this or anything, just flat out said it as if the person getting his haircut by her did not care one bit that she was “rushing through it.” My haircut looked like I was a mad scientist when she was finished and left embarrassed.
There were plenty other things that went wrong during this visit, but I have a life, and cannot spend more time on this review than I already have. I won’t go here again. I don’t think I’ll go to Sports Clips as a whole anymore either.

Past few times I’ve been here pretty horrible. Maybe some good barbers here but I won’t be back. If they don’t like you they’ll mumble rude things to you and give to a bowl cut.

I asked for a medium fade and she had no questions once I told her what I was hoping to get. Instead she made everything, except the top, cut down to a 1... with no fade. There is a fade behind my ears that's maybe less than half an inch. I'm surprised a barber would finish the cut and what was requested was not done. She offered to fix it but after seeing that she couldn't do a fade I decided it was my last time ever going there. If you're a barber and you're not sure what a fade is please ask or google an image...

Terrible. Like others have posted, drove across town to try them on Monday, 11/6/23, at 6:05 pm, and they were closed prior to their 7:00 pm closing time.
