First, Let me say I love when people take the time to write and submit reviews(good /bad or indifferent) Jose ,sales rep for Spectrum was amazing. Jose was very honest and candid about the process of purchasing in the store vs online.I was trying see why my package was going to get to me. If Jose hadn't helped me I would have had a messed Christmas. I was suppose to receive an item but according to Jose I wouldn't have gotten it till 2 days after Christmas. The Spectrum rep on the phone made it seem like that I would have gotten it on Saturday. But the information was incorrect. Jose gave me the correct information. He helped me find an item to ensure that I would have the gift for Christmas.

I went in to this store and got 2 brand new Samsung s23 ultras and insurance was suppose to be on both lines, however it was only added to 1 line which is odd but i can't insurance now because the store messed up and didn't add it when I bought it. And nobody is able to help me

I went to this location today to change cell service from T-mobile and get home internet. They did not greet me and left me hanging. One of their guys was helping a customer. The other guy wasn’t helping anyone. We left and they didn’t try to stop us or anything. I figure they represent the company and corporate culture. I don’t need them.

Sat at this location for more than an hour (after virtual sign in) and they hadn't finished up with a single person. At the very least they could make sure they are actively communicating about any delays and giving incoming customers an idea of what to expect. The only time anyone other than the person at the counter was addressed was to scold a guy coming in to drop off his box.For such a large location (six kiosks) you'd think they'd be better prepared.

The worst Internet, cell reception and cable I have ever had in my entire life. I’ve had AT&T, Verizon, Dish, Frontier, you name it. Spectrum is complete garbage. The Internet drops 20+ times a day and about once a month, it’s down for hours or most of the day. It’s down right now as I’m using my cell data to make this review. You see a lot of one star reviews with Spectrum and I can assure you, it’s not just review bombing, it’s all valid. Their service isn’t worth $1 with the amount of frustrations you will face. Literally any other service provider is better by a mile. Never again.

I dropped my phone and it just got this big old white line on it with a thin green line in the middle and so I took it to my favoriteSpectrum store in Richardson, Texas Jose MJ Ana Ariana. Alll help with this endeavor. It's a good team effort as I was in a hurry to get somewhere.

Mj and Jose are outstanding. They need a raise. Customer service is outstanding and they have wonderful personalities. Always very helpful.

I wish I could them a zero. Vanessa Ayala has let the position of manager go to her head. She has no idea what customer service is or how to be kind and understanding to a customer. I truly hate to think how she treats her employees. She was absolutely horrible, extremely rude and very unprofessional.

Woman didn’t even acknowledge o was in the store tonight. Granted she was with another customer but another couple came in after I had been there 20 plus minutes and was acknowledged immediately. Then when she asked what I needed she immediately told me it wasn’t available and there was nothing she could do about it. Never went and checked, never looked up the account. Barely looked me in the face. Horrible customer service. I feel like she just didn’t want to deal with it so she just said no.

Rudest service officers I have encountered in a long time! I called to cancel my service yesterday by phone. The customer support officer directed me to drop the equipment at the E Beltline store the next day (today). At the store, I was told I was not yet disconnected, and I would need to call by phone, hang on to the equipment for two more business days, and then bring it back. When I asked why I had to wait since I was directed here by a spectrum support officer, all three officers replied that that's how it's done. I told them that was ridiculous, and I got the response that if I left the equipment anyway,I would get no receipt, and it would still not be disconnected. The tone/ body language was unbelievable. Why keep people who obviously don't care about your business?

I'm in the store waiting for help and the lady says sorry for the wait I have one person and he's new ? so I'm wondering why she ain't on the computer helping other customers. Long wait time here people.

I only used the key as to pay my bill. But most of the customers in there seem to be waiting in line. The staff will not speak until spoken to.
