If you can, go to another store. If you need anything, you need to sign up for a virtual line in store, even for equipment drop-off.
I scanned their QR code for the virtual line in store and waited for 15 mins. But when it was my turn as shown on their virtual line link, it skipped past me after only 10 seconds. I showed an associate the page which said "Thanks for visiting" despite nothing having been done. Their manager promptly ordered me to wait in the virtual line again even though I just did.

Lines packed and slow here when I arrived to drop off a package for them to ship to their corporate warehouse. The employee didn't understand how business account worked, had another person help me. ?

I approached this store because they told me by phone to go in person and present my rental contract to register my internet service, whoever assisted me should know how to process these services that are "agreements", how much inefficiency... I gave him that Go down to my old service, the only thing the agent needs to do is call Office Lease to confirm certain information, in short I'm still without internet, it's simply a disappointment.

Spectrum apparently doesn’t care about their disabled customers. If you have an equipment return and are unable to PHYSICALLY be there in person they will refuse to accept your return. I have been to this location twice to return equipment for a disabled family member with no success. After the first visit we did exactly as they asked and they still would not accept the return. Just a warning to anyone who is physically unable to travel to the store. Don’t expect quality service that makes you life just a tad bit easier.

Customer service was horrible. The two young ladies never acknowledged the customers who were waiting to be served. Just talked to each other laughing and giggling. I left and Went to the store at Town East.

Terrible experience, I went to this store to get a data plan + phone and they told me no because I didn't have the home service contracted ??♂️ I mean something illogical, the other thing is that the selfish advisors with crazy faces and no wanting to speak Spanish because they don't feel like it... really terrible service and I don't recommend it to anyone, don't go!!

Spectrum was good last year. Consistent service quality and great uptime. Even this year, when it's working-- it was great (except during the announced maintenance period lasting almost a month with high ping, latency, and random outages). Then this year, they've consistently endured long outages, especially after storms. The latest one has been for almost 48 hours, which is unacceptable. I saw the Spectrum large utility truck drive by in the alley and being hopeful, checked to only find the Internet was still down today.
They give prorated credits for outages which are a joke-- if you're broadband Internet goes down, you're experiencing a total loss of service and extreme disruption, making it basically useless-- enough to turn to another service provider and quit altogether. This is why leading IT organizations with high availability only settle with five nines or more of availability. They desperately need to fix their uptime.
Also, their mobile service was a joke-- was consistently getting 5 Mbps down and barely 1 Mbps up. Don't even understand how that vertical is in business at Spectrum.
Update- 7/4/2024 another outage since about 5 AM for almost 12 hours.

I signed up for Internet and mobile phone service on June 5th. Finally got wi-fi on the 16th, took 4 technicians! I still don't have phone service ! Today is the 25th ! Sorr
