ONE STAR IS A GENEROUS RATING. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO FOLLOW UP, TAKES 3 WEEKS TO SHIP IF THEY DONT LOOSE THE ORDER. WILL. NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. . SPC IS LAST CHOICE IN MY BOOK.

This company is incredibly difficult to deal with - one employee will tell you one thing and the home office says that's not their policy. This young girl they have on the phones is a real little smartmouth. She definitely shouldn't be working with the public.

It takes weeks to receive orders I have made and it is impossible to reach a person to talk to. It is the most unsatisfactory business I have dealt with for my supplies. The phone numbers are not helpful. I can't give them even one star
