I came Friday May 24 to do mani&pedi, they didnt clean well so I spoke with the manager and even she saw my nails ( hands and feet) she didnt do anything at the same day ! only gave another appointment after 3 days and she choose the day not me, but at the same day May 28 tornado came out so I called and postpond for today, when I arrived she said that only can do my hands nails and they are busy to do my feet !!! I wasted my time to come two times, the day I came and they didnt cleaned well and today and she wants me to come another day for pedi !!! Are you serious. My time is important as your time so, If you are busy to do my feet then I am not also free to come three times to do mani & pedi. If the girls doing there job well from the first time then that will not happened. I dont recommend any lady to go there. It also felt like they treated me this way due my ethnicity. See below my nails after 4 days only !!! Do you think the cleaned well !

Cleanliness: The place is remarkably clean- even the bathroom. That's always a great sign.
Stylist: Helen did a great job on my dip nails. They lasted me 2 weeks! I've never had a manicure last me 2 weeks. Kim always gives the best pedicures - she brings so much care and joy to the work she puts in and remembers you when you come back. The vibes here are so good and everyone is so kind and friendly. Definitely a peaceful retreat every time.

Amazing nail spa. Super friendly, makes you feel welcome, great product and the nail techs don’t rush. I’ve been coming here for the last few years and I travel from Mesquite. Helen and Nam are the absolute best at nails and designs! Love you peace nail spa you give me peace when doing my nails lol!

I love the atmosphere and the want to attend to clients every need. This is my second time returning and employee Tracy did an amazing job on my pedicure . Took her time made sure I was comfortable and gave me an amazing foot and leg massage .
Cleanliness: Very clean and nice decore feel very welcome

This was my first time going to Peace Nails and I must say that I had an amazing experience. Brianna and Kacie did such an amazing job! This is truly the first time in years I haven’t said “ouch”, “oh can you reshape this one”, “you missed a spot”, etc etc. Yall know what I mean too lol! I didn’t have not one, NOT 1 Complaint! They were attentive, gentle and you can tell they truly care! I definitely will be back. This was such a great find! Thank yall so much!
Also, this color was gorgeous but Kacie made sure I actually liked it before application and I’m grateful for that!

I feel very bad because of Tammy's poor service, my husband made an appointment for me with the girls who always serve me 2 days before, I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes late and Tammy did not let me be attended to by the people who have always treated me, who are Kasey and Kim, she treated me badly because I didn't want to accept, I made an appointment for today after having been there and wasting my time and gas and they didn't want to attend to me because Kim was busy and that was a lie because she was around. salon without serving clients and today Tammy called me to tell me that they would not serve me again other than because they are not going to serve me. I have been going there for 3 years or so and I accumulate receipts to get a discount and one is missing appointment to earn the discount and now they call to say that they will never serve me again, it seems very bad for Tammy to be so rude and that she wants to do whatever she wants just because I am Latina, she likes serving people better the Gringos and one not because they say that one does not leave them good tips, I would like to please be able to speak with the manager of the site, thank you there is very bad service.
