DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY ORTHOPEDIC FOOT ISSUES and worry about returning or exchanging unworn footwear!!! Tried to return shoes that do not work with my AFO (ankle foot orthotic). I can barely walk right now without the AFO. KELSIE, with a manager with a very ingenuine smile and sarcastic demeanor insisted I had worn these slightly heeled tennis shoes I bought by mistake. Let me repeat, I CANNOT WALK WITHOUT AN AFO, much less in a heeled tennis shoe. I knew I shouldn’t try this place, but people insisted that Sketchers are good shoes.
I’ll never know, because I won’t return to this place again. DOES THIS SHOE LOOK WORN?

My wife & I stopped at the Richardson Sketchers for me to see if I could find some shoes like the Sketchers that I got a few years back & really love. One of the staff was a lot of help working with me to find the right size & style. As it turns out, the style required a smaller size than my old pair and in 1 of the 2 colors that I wanted, they didn't have the right size. The lady helping me was able to locate the right size in the color and contacted that store to get them to hold it for us. She then sold us 2 pairs with the 1 color being too big by 1/2 size which was done so that we could take advantage of the in store "Buy 1, get 50% off a second pair". offer. The next day, we went to the second store & exchanged the 1 pair for the right size.
The staff member was super helpful (well beyond normal) & we would definitely go back to that location.

A very disappointed service from the store manager, with racists action, this. Kind of manager I don't even hire for my dishwasher, he need proper training, or he can work on groceries store pulling trollies

I went today to purchase some work shoes & found some on clearance I had a 20% coupon and the women in the cash register rudely told me you cnt use coupons on Clearance items no were does it say that and it was a 20 % off when signing up for there text !! There’s a way of saying things and she was just plain old rude abt the situation !!! And Skechers needs to make that clear when asking to sign up to receive txt from them & emails !!!

Decent-ish selection of shoes but not a lot of sizes available. The staff was not helpful or even courteous, and there were three people working. We were the only customers in there.
