Signs Express has been very hard to work with... We started our project with them back in March of this year (2023). It is the end of November and we finally got our second sign installed today, more than 9 months later.Alex's communication is lacking, as we had to follow up every day and didn't always receive an answer. The timelines are very slow, and never happen when they say they will.Half of the balance was required to start the fabrication of the signs, which is understandable. The other was due upon the install of the building sign (in August). They pushed us to pay the remaining when the monument sign wasn't even near ready to be installed. It wasn't until 3 months after the full balance was paid that we got the second sign installed.While our signs *look* great, the process of getting them installed was long and hard.

Changing this review to 5 stars for Shay (only) who seems willing to be my point person and improve communication with the company. I will accept a full refund for monument or them to complete the project without additional delays.

I have order a 3 signs for 8k. But he said 10k i said that too expensive so they discount me down to 8K. After he install the first signs, He deny to delivery my other 2 signs he said i have to pay 2 thousand more for it. This is unacceptable. He was agreeing at first to do it at 8k then he want to overcharged me for extra 2k i still have all the paperwork and receipt. I will bring this to courts never do sign here again!!

Oh boy...let me start by saying if you have the time and patience of a saint, then go with Alex at Signs Express. BUT, if you like to get what you pay for in a reasonable amount of time, like to have regular communication, like to know when they might be gracing you with their presence, keep looking.We started this process after someone dropped by our new offices with promises to make our office beautiful. That person quickly ghosted us. Then Alex walked in and said he was from the same company but he's better and will take great care of us. He was quick to send us an invoice for the job for $4871, we paid 50% up front on 3/11/2022. Then we waited...and waited, and waited some more. We sent emails which were unanswered, he finally promised us a date, but said we needed to pay the remaining balance. Reluctantly we did but then he said we "missed" our date, because the wire transfer took 3 days and so he booked someone else in our spot. He said he'd be there on a different day but wouldn't tell us the time. We told him we closed early on Friday's. No reply. Then I get an email at 3pm (after we closed on a Friday) that his crew was on their way. They ended up installing the outside sign while we were closed. Then a week or so later some man in an unmarked van showed up at the office about 15 minutes to 5pm holding a sign. I told him we close at 5pm and asked if hanging the sign would be completed by closing. He spoke little English and shook his head no, so I told him to come back the next day. They eventually hung the 3 large posters on our wall (albeit a bit crooked) and our name plate. So now we only had one more sign we were waiting for which is our door sign. Alex told me they had a backorder on the material for the sign door and said it should be ready by June 1st. I emailed him multiple times with no response. Finally I lost my patience, sent a nasty email and got a response that magically the material was there and they would be on site the next day. Well they showed up about 10 minutes after we closed that same day. Thankfully our CEO was still in the office and they could install the sign and we can finally call this project done.I told Alex in the beginning that I don't care if he has bad news, he just needs to communicate with me, but apparently that's not how he operates his business. At the end of the day it took us 3+ months, a lot of frustration, almost $5K for ok-ish signs and a lot of headaches, follow up and frustration. If you are reading this and haven't committed to Signs Express, I recommend you move it along. There are plenty of sign businesses in the area, take your chances and your money elsewhere.
