The service was excellent. They knew exactly what I needed and helped in those areas that I did not know so well. I left with such a good feeling that I am eager to start on some other jobs I have delayed. I will be back to the store quicker than I thought.

I had a terrible experience at Sherwin Williams yesterday. It seems like they don't want to work anymore. I arrived at 3:30 PM, well within their store hours, only to find the worker locking the door and hiding in the back. The store is supposed to close at 4 PM, not 3:30. It's frustrating to encounter such poor customer service. Another user also left a review echoing a similar sentiment, which shows this isn't an isolated incident. I would suggest in the future to help customers or recommend another store that can help if something is wrong and not having a horrible attitude and telling people “why are you coming in we are closed” like the customers are the crazy ones. The store on Walnut was able to help me but I called them on my own.

Guess they don't want to work today. Showed up at 5:30 and the worker locked the door and stands in the back like I can't see him. The store closes at 6, not 5:30.

Great store, excellent paint. Just proved by painting my home with Sherwin-Williams paint six years ago. Out lasted 2X all other paints so far still looks good. It pays to buy the best. Going back now for interior paints.

I used their website to select colors and was efficiently assisted by the manager.
The only issue is the prices are not competitive when compared to home improvement centers/big box stores. But you get what you pay for and I was satisfied. My kitchen looks fabulous.
