I stopped at the gas station yesterday and by the time I left I was totally disgusted!! Restroom was so gross!! The smell was terrible, urine on the bathroom floor….. not just a little either. The parking lot had not been cleaned up for days!! So much trash!! I don’t think I will ever go to another Shell again!!

Second time at this location in the last year. The credit card readers at he pump did not work either time, so you need to go in to pay. The counter inside is always busy and today. There were three people waiting to pay to pump gas today and the guy was counting cigarettes and ignoring the line. After about 4 min I decided to go elsewhere.

Watch out for this store. There is a guy that works on Sunday that will try and short change you. He has tried it on me 3 different times.

This gas station is purposely overcharging customers. A couple months ago I went in there to buy one of white claw single cans of alcohol and the price in front of the cans show it costs $2.49 each. I went up to the cash register and the 1 can rang up for $4.99. I told them about it and even went back and got the display with the price and they adjusted my bill and said they would fix it. I went back yesterday and picked up the same 2 kinds of the white claw listed for the same price at $2.49 and a thing of gum that was listed for either $3.69 or $3.49 and once again the drink rang up @ $4.99 as well as the gum! They tried to charge me double once again! I can't believe that they have not fixed it and at this point it seems to be intentional. People don't take the time to think about the price sometimes when they are just running in to buy several things. I only caught it because i was only buying 2 beers and a pack of gum and they tried to charge me $16 for those 3 items. They must be making a fortune doubling the profits and while keeping their supplies well stocked. So be careful here and always double check your receipt and the price on the displays! I hate the fact that they're taking advantage of people.

I was at circle k on belt line and Greenville to pump my tire up was trying to beat the rain and need to exchange to two dimes and a nickel the guy said someone has to buy some something or the register wouldn't open. Which is a lie. I'm like ok whatever .Then after 3 mins he goes in to register to get the quarter that I need for my two dimes and nickel. Then it just started rain I told him I was trying to be the rain to air my tire up he didn't seem to care. Very poor customer service. If your in customer service u should do your job or find another that fits u better. Because the cashier was a lost cause and uncaring perso hire some people with customer service experience. He had none.

The staff is super polite. 95% of the time, the pump won't take your card as debit, which is super annoying when you have to go inside.

I'll make it short and sweet: - Always seems to be cheaper than surrounding gas stations - Blasts classical music on the outdoor speakers (The last time I visited, it was Rachmaninoff.) The last point alone makes it my go-to gas station whenever I'm in old Chinatown or the Richardson area.
