This is about as perfect of a laundromat experience that a person can have. There's plenty of machines in all load sizes, you can pay with quarters or download their very handy app and load cash to it. Using the app also gets you spendable reward credits.

Genuinely surprised by all the positive reviews for this place. I moved to Richardson recently. I was looking for a dry cleaning place for three skirts and I saw that S&L had lots of positive reviews so I dropped them off with them. I just picked them up and to my amazement they had hung the skirts by driving safety pins through their waist bands and then attaching those safety pins to a hanger. That is: they PUNCTURED this tight-knit fabric with pretty big safety pins and then hung the skirts by those holes they pictured into them. The skirts now have four perforations in their waist bands. I am... speechless. If you are dropping off a piece of clothing to be dry cleaned, it means that you really care about it. So for them to take the liberty to puncture your clothing and then hang it by those perforations strikes me as incredibly inconsiderate, uncaring, and irresponsible. I called them and asked them if they have heard of skirt hangers. Their response: "Oh, we don't do those." Absolutely amazing. Never. Again.

Very rude business establishment the representative changed the price for a bulk work order and smiled as if he didn't care. I took an uber all the way to his store just to drop off a big load of shirts for dry cleaning. There are better options out there where they honor their word and pricing. This place has no integrity

I've come to this location several times to get clothes tailored and they do a phenomenal job each and every time. Their prices are very affordable for the quality of work and the turnaround time is also very quick! I'm so glad I found this place, would definitely recommend!!

First 3 times I visited and dropped off dry cleaning, and dress shirts for laundry and pressing I give 4 stars. No issues. Next time, I drop off on a Monday and I am told it will be ready Friday. Now I start to wonder? My brain starts to question this places honesty and integrity.- Looks like dry cleaning is not done on site, wonder what the issue is?- Still nothing from the gentleman at the front, no reason is given.- So I ask where is the dry cleaning done? He says in Lewisville. I say, is there something wrong? He says we had some problems with a machine. I say ok. (I had to ask the questions instead of him just being honest and up front)- Next on Friday, I arrive to pick up everything. He says its not here yet come back at 5:30 pm. I did and it still wasn't there.- I get a call Saturday afternoon from him and he says its ready for pickup.- Never any apologies for anything but he makes sure to charge me full price to get every last nickel out of my card.- Not surprised because money is the most important thing here. Not customer service. Full charge for the inconvenience and delay. Unbelievable. If I could give zero or a half a star I would. No integrity, dishonest, poor communication, and money is all that matters. Last time.-
