My car was jerking when I accelerated due to low fluid levels. The guys took care of my car very promptly. The owner of the shop is very honest. They have a new customer.

Horrible Horrible. Do not take here. Conveniently transmissions will fail after their "1 year warranty." I barely drive my truck about 5k miles a year, and it failed the second year. I took in to the shop to see if they would stand by their work and of course your get "It's out of warranty." There are plenty of shops that will offer a 3 year, or even a lifetime warranty for 2k. Some will even offer stage 2 for this price while backing their service. DO NOT TAKE here unless you want to rebuild again after a couple years.

I took my car here about 2 months ago because my sunroof wouldn't close. When I called ahead the gentleman that answered was very kind and accommodating with my schedule and told me to bring it in when ever I could and they'd take make sure to look at it. Although he wasn't able to fix it that day as it needed a specific part, he did what he could to get the sunroof as close to closed as possible for a temporary solution until the part came in. He didn't even charge me for the services that day, and gave me a good price for when I do bring it back in with the part needed to fix it. Love this place, I can sing their praises enough.

I took my car to this horrible shop to see what's going on with my car, lol the owner and mechanic told me that I need to rebuild my transmission for 2000$ , finally my car had only a battery problem. They not honest at all .

I took my car in with a transmission problem and as soon as I walk in the person in the front was very nice and helpful. They also work very fast and efficient. When I took my car in I got my car back within a few days. Since then I haven't had a problem with my car! I would highly recommend this place!

I drive a 2007 Nissan Murano and A1 keeps me driving from Dallas to Richardson two times a day to do school pick up for my granddaughter. Don't even have 100,000 miles yet and A1 shows me my car still has life in it. I trust their advice, they are reliable, dependable and go beyond to service my car at reasonable rates. I know a new car purchase is inevitable but as long as I take my car into A1 for service, I am worry free and safe while driving an older vehicle. A good trustworthy mechanic is as necessary as a good doctor when you are retired and living on a fixed income.

They are laser focused on your car's mechanics because they don't do tires or inspections just transmission and auto repairs. As a result when they were investigating an engine noise they spotted a serious problem with my wife's car and its motor mounts that probably saved her from having a serious accident. The quality of their work was excellent and THEIR PRICES ARE ALSO VERY REASONABLE. I won't take our cars anywhere else for mechanical repairs. THEY ARE THE BEST!

Loius was super friendly over the phone when I called to get my car towed. They diagnosed the problem promptly and got my up and running right away. I know that I'll be coming here next time I have car troubles.
