I was having problems with my knees, ankles, and hips after walking long distances with my current shoes, so I looked up a local shoe store and fleet feet came up and it showed that there were shoes there that I had been eyeing for a while. I met with Josh and he took my walking and foot assessment and gathered up options to try on, and I found the perfect pair that will help out! I’ll definitely go there again for any thing else and highly recommend this shop to anybody having any sort of foot issues.

If you need some new shoes, I highly recommend going to Fleet feet. The staff is extremely helpful and will analyze your feet, and recommend shoes that will address your foot issues. The staff will take their time helping you compare shoes to find the best shoes for you

This is where I come when I’m looking for athletic shoes. The selection is good but why I choose the store is for the knowledgeable and helpful staff. They listen to what I like (and don’t like) about current (or previous shoes). We discuss my intended use. They check my sizing with a special machine. Then I wait for recommendations. They’ve never steered me wrong. Every purchase is spot on. I especially like the rewards - icing on a delicious cake!

Kelly did a great job of evaluating what my best fit would be after asking me several questions as well as educating me on which brand of shoe would probably be most comfortable for an avid walker. I'm very happy with both my experience at FF and my new shoes! I'll be back.

A very good friend of mine gave me a $10 off coupon for Fleet Feet but I never had a chance to visit. Well I finally did and it was a really good experience. Jordan took very good care of me and my family. He helped analyze our feet and let us try out some shoes. Ultimately, I wasn't ready to commit to spending so much on a pair of running shoes but I did get a pair of oolas to walk casually in. We will be back for more.

I loved my experience here! I didn't realize they scan your feet, along with your walk, to help you pick the right shoe. The young man who helped me out was very knowledgeable, polite and accommodating. I didn't feel rushed to pick out a pair. I would highly recommend this store.

This place could teach a seminar on customer service and use Allie for the keynote. Allie was incredibly patient and thorough, she answered every question, and coached me through selecting the best shoes for me. The store was clean, bright, and welcoming. Without question, my next pair of shoes will be bought here…probably my next ten pair.

Had Jordan assist me with getting scanned (super cool machine that gives you all you need to know about your feet) and picking out a shoe that was right for me. He answered all my questions and was extremely professional.
Jordan was thorough, knowledgeable and was not pushing me to make any purchases. Definitely stop by and try out the assortment of shoes, socks and various running devices.
